Under rating threshold (show) @Marki: Get 2000 pts legitimately, then you'll know the strategy ;). I've found the strat - and find it difficult to use properly. Personally I think the "perfect-tracking" on the ships is not fair, as it makes it impossible to approach a group of overlapping ships without dying. -AHMAD

Under rating threshold (show) The strategy at the moment is two fold. 1.) Grow your initial asteroid as big as possible. Those early moments in the game will pay big dividends as your asteroid splits apart many times in the future. 2.) Instead of trying to crash into the ship fly around them all in a big circular pattern (all your asteroids must be clumped together). If you do this all of the ships will be herded into one clump. Dive into the clump and take them all out at once. NOW... repeat the "herding" process. BUT this time they will all shoot at SAME TIME... letting you dive in to kill them all again without getting hit.

Under rating threshold (show) uhm ya..its alrit..but im gona have to say some pickups or maybe some upgrades would be nice...and maybe have it go by levels and after every level u can get some health back or buy more largenessness...also it would be kool to have a real boss every now and then..other than that its good i like how the asteriod splits..i like the lil fade in time so overall a good game..nice job

Under rating threshold (show) Great revision of a really fun game! Thanks for putting in high scores. I miss the mechanic where the smaller rocks would travel more slowly than big ones. It'd be cool to see this game incorporate the kind of scale / camera stuff we see in games like Cosmic Crush.

Under rating threshold (show) As far as going off the sides or not, I suppose either way is fine. This version made me laugh as all the ships rotate 180 degrees at the same time when you go around. I like being able to grow back up and the "boss" ships. Perhaps some form of bonuses/pick-ups or a shop to buy/repair after a certain number of ships destroyed would be good.

Under rating threshold (show) dapbot, The life meter shows the life of the biggest asteroid (the blue one). If another asteroid grows bigger it will switch to show you that one. The main way to survive in the game is to grow single asteroid big so when they finally do die they will spawn big pieces... which will spawn more pieces... and so on. So it can be useful it seeing how careful you need to be with "prized" asteroid.

Under rating threshold (show) I've made a minor update. By popular demand you can now leave one side of the screen to enter the other. This required a bit of balancing to not make it to easy. So now the ships are invulnerable until they fire their first show. I also added mouse support which I think works pretty good. Space bar will toggle it off and on. And I limited the max size of an asteroid to 150... to prevent the endless loop situations. Please let me know your thoughts!

Under rating threshold (show) Man, that rock can move! The graphics are a nice upgrade and it is always satisfying to crush ships as a giant rock. The addition of levels would be nice, but after seeing the "Ending" it makes sense; I got a good laugh out of that. Anyway, it was enjoyable, but the asteroid moved a bit too fast for me.

Under rating threshold (show) I like this update... with newer-looking graphics, and the larger 'boss' ships. The gameplay does seem a bit linear, with no levels and just a matter of time before they destroy the asteroid. I would say the standard feature of power-ups is needed to make it a little more interesting. It might also be cool if the rocks bounced around off the walls once it broke up, too. Robots, lol :)
