Under rating threshold (show) too much randomness. You could easily lose 40-50 HP against the weakest enemies in the game.

Under rating threshold (show) Definitely needs more of a strategy element to this game. Given that that more dice rolled make no difference (on a tie at least the next dice down should be taken into account). It's annoying that its so linear.

Under rating threshold (show) Not bad. Could use more 'what can I do to improve my outcome' and less 'dear RNG, please give me better numbers than my opponent.'

Under rating threshold (show) Time mage ftw! The fact that you can re-roll one low dice roll for free makes him superb, the other 2x re-roll only costs 1 MP when you roll a low number, so you will usually end up with spare MPs at the end of combat that you can use to cast Obliterate a few times to speed up the demise of your foe!

Under rating threshold (show) Interesting game. Used time mage, and was very annoyed at the 2nd ability. It was re-rolling a low dice two times even though my other dice was a six and I had won the round. No point other then to burn magic why this would happen. The other ability to +1 every dice in a slot sounds good until you roll a natural 6 on one of the other dice, and this ability adds a +1 to a 3 you rolled. I can understand keeping the game Chance based by keeping the powers the way they are. What I would suggest though is for the game to check the roll first and see if you already won or tied. Something else I would recommend for this game is not necessarily the ability to cast what I want when I need it, but instead have the die slots numbered so that I could pick what ability I want to fire first, then have the game check if I won or tied, if not then move to the 2nd one chosen , and so on down the line. In battles that are over 20 rounds long this would be a Major improvement.

Under rating threshold (show) You spend the whole game pressing one button, with no thought or interest. The jokes aren't funny. You have no control over anything meaningful, just where to arbitrarily place some dots. Gets duller as more dice = more draws, and even when its note, its rare either side takes more than one damage.

Under rating threshold (show) Definitely has potential for something bigger. I started to imagine skills where you interfere on enemy's throw, items, character upgrades etc… Add a fifth die and have the game strategy shift to Yahtzee or even poker.

Under rating threshold (show) So here's an idea. If all of your dice are the same number, maybe make a critical attack that always hits, no matter what the other guy's dice are?

Under rating threshold (show) Played it through with all 3 types. Life Magic works best, it's the only ability allowing one to get out of a fight with more hp then you went in with.

Under rating threshold (show) A reroll (free if your a time mage) is far more valuable since it can entirely prevent damage you take finished the game with over 50 hp left

Under rating threshold (show) 90% of the rolls that I get a six on are either when the enemy has a five or six, so little to no damage is dealt.

Under rating threshold (show) Interesting concept, but it has a lot of places that it could be improved. Just throwing your powers on the dice in the hopes of being able to use them is not interesting, especially since you use up MP either way. The game gets more and more tedious as each person gets more dice, and having more dice is not helpful, so I found myself wishing we could each fight with one dice. Otherwise you end up with constant ties.

Under rating threshold (show) I hate RNG's with a passion, especially when it's only 6 numbers to choose from. What's the point of having more than one dice if it's not going to use more than one? The computer almost always (Blood Worm 45/52 rounds) gets a 6 on at least one dice, which makes everything else pointless. Make it to where it's the difference in the added numbers or something. 3/5

Under rating threshold (show) Decent effort and it doesn't look bad, but there's really no strategy in it at all. It's pure random chance.

Under rating threshold (show) that said, I was able to win with just around 5-7 HP left. With a game like this, you have to catch some breaks.

Under rating threshold (show) Too much clickfest. Once all the magic is gone it is just a matter of waiting for the rolls to end. Could have been an interesting idea but this "proof of concept" in itself was rather boring.

Under rating threshold (show) A fun an interesting game! however, i woudl suggest that 1) When the two highest dice tie, then the next two highest should be compared, and so on. and 2) It'd be nice if abilities were able to be used AFTER a dice roll, in order to issue a bit more strategy into the game

Under rating threshold (show) Nice concept, but I would love to see some more strategy and choice put into the game. Such as setting the game in a labyrinth with different exit routes; different opponents with different abilities; or even an RPG style experience/levelling system and inventory/equipment.

Under rating threshold (show) I ended up just sitting there, spamming the roll button since there wasnt really anything you could do to change the outcome of the dice, except with the dots it gives you and those didn't really help either. An OK starter but could definitely be improved with the game mechanics and environment of the game. altogether 4/10

Under rating threshold (show) Might be better balanced if the enemy had an advantage in a draw where you lose HP or MP as you have more abilities. Also better that individual dice all match up ie. your highest vs enemie's highest, your next highest vs enemies next highest, etc. Creating attack and counter attack.

Under rating threshold (show) a good idea terribly executed. to improve it greatly I would make different dice (more than 1-6) and using the total number of dice instead of the "best versus best" roll.

Under rating threshold (show) Heal mage all the way: the fact that there is no other source of HP recovery makes him the most valuable. Think of the difference between "no healing skills vs at least increased natural HP regen" in MOBAs.

Under rating threshold (show) The idea of battle of dice's is interesting, but it's just to random. Maybe you can make a good game out of this with some tweaks, but as it is the game could have played itself without me being here that it would almost be the same. If there was a PvP mode with a lot more "powers", less HP and more MP that might be interesting.

Under rating threshold (show) Quick fun game. Nothing perfect but not bad. To Omarscen's comment, there is a big difference upon receiving more dice to roll and that's the increased but still random chance to roll a better number. When I had only 2 I relied heavier on the damaging powers but as my "number of attacks" grew to 4 it allowed me to use the other powers to more varied and situational effects since I had a better chance of rolling a naturally higher number. Think D&D a bit, what's a better roll on average, 1D20 or 2D10?

Under rating threshold (show) Easiest way to win I found was the Power Mage since it always has an effect unless you roll a 1. Since the second spell only costs 2 (if you select Power) and adds 2 to your roll, assuming you roll a 4 your always safe from damage, and it lasts a good amount of the fight. The best part is if you roll a 5 or 6 you always win instead of tie. I tried Life first and while it was somewhat useful, the fact it only works on a 5+ instead of 4+ meant it lost a lot of efficiency when compared to Power. Time is just useless, you re-roll on a low number but it doesn't give you any better chances on rolling a good number. Basically, play Power and win.

Under rating threshold (show) well considering I died twice on the first battle due to the enemy rolling either 5 or 6 every round, seems that the random engine is broken. might want to fix that made it 2nd battle on 3rd try, and guess what I died again. 2/5 due to glitch, has potential if fixed.

Under rating threshold (show) My suggestion? When calculating damage, the number should be the total of the dice, not just the highest one. This is because by the end of the game, there are bunches of ties because everyone is getting a 6.
