I finished the entire campaign without upgrades, all gold, I recommend players who enjoy this game and challenges to try it out.

Challenging, but fun. Once you get into the swing of things, it's quite easy. The key is economy and attacking. You force their early economy to be bad by sending bats instantly. They'll try the same but we're smarter, use the tesla aoe tower (chip shooter) and firewalls to hold the line. Start researching Bubble Boy and Vienna, it's a very powerful combo. In the late game, mix in some Trojans and then Slammers. You'll get the hang of it, it's not too hard, it's not luck based in the slighest.
Speaking of luck, pray Kongregate support gives you the badges. Game is broken.

There is a bug with the Toroid and the game speed. At fast speed it does so little damage that a bubble buy can survive multiple attaks, at slow speed only the slammer can pass.

Just so brutal. From the last game that was completely luck based to this game which goes from killing enemies in 3 shots to killing the same enemy in 20 shots from level 2 to level 3, this system is total garbage. Why am I playing 10 year old games that were awful 10 years ago? 1/5

Are the achievements broken for this game? I've beaten level 1-7 all gold trophy, and none of the achievements have updated or awarded?

Music must be the most annoying 8-bit styled tune I've ever heard on a decent flash game. Lol @ the medium badge name. Man this thing is hard.

This is kinda like Plants vs Zombies where you have to put towers on each lane but (1: There are multiple attacker types that you have to build different towers for (this mechanic adds a new layer of depth to the standard grid-road tower defense [or whatever you call it, LOL]) AND (2: you have to actually attack the enemy's base with the same weapons (which I think is REALLY cool).

This Game Is Very Cool But..The AI Is Very Hard To Beat,Also In Levels Up To 9+ It's Very Hard Get Gold Medals Even With All Upgrades!,I Suggest NERF The AI Or Put More Upgrades.

last levels really are complicated, stuck in the last one, the problem is that the AI tries to suffocate you with an army of the simplest enemies, not that i don't like difficulty, but suffocating you over and over in short amount of times are actually BS

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but it seems like you don't actually have to beat level 7 to get the medium badge. Guess losing still counts as completing.

am i missing something, level one ok over pretty quick , level 2 now 20 minuets of staring at the screen, killing one after another with nothing to do ????? cant even upgrade yet?
