If only ... say you started with 1000 dollars, each ballon popped= +1, lost (off top of screen) = -1, $ allowed upgrades (eg from pea shooter, to bow and arrow ... throw missles etc - with greated speed / reload/ spread etc) - new colours add features - planes crashed are BAD, expect of parachute u/g purchased, and so on ...
