great game in the works here. what I would like to see is a points system, not with upgrades, but points that you could use to give yourself extra forces in battle. Say for killing x ships, you get 3 points. Fighters cost 1 point, destroyers 3, and testudons 7. so you could either bring an extra destroyer into the fight, or 3 extra fighers. Also, like Dethonator said, keeping your men from the battle before. Also something to think about would be an experience system where ships would get better as they ranked up. This could work alongside the "bringing ships you saved previously into the next fight" idea where the experience they gained in one fight would be carried over to the next so that you could have veteran fighters that you, as the player, may make it a priority to protect.

One of my favorite games ever! there needs to be a azul baronis 2 with optional check points and savegames, upgrades and achievements. That would be cool ;)

Next version add commands such as Focus fire on Testudon or Attack the Destroyers first because it seems 2 me that right now it is either hit or miss. Either u own, or u get owned. Another good idea would b 2 add an amount of points that u get 2 CHOOSE for ur team. Or u could make it so that the guys that u won with in the last round r added into the next 1 making it more of a priority 2 protect the testudons. If u make this game Multiplayer make it so that 1 guy is like the general, commanding (more suggestive than ordering) the other players 2 move or attack a certain player. Testudons should b playable but u would need a tutorial that lets people practice with it and an option 2 choose what 2 b so that u don't need 2 b stuck with it if ur not good at it or stuck with a certain type of other ship that u aren't good at. I <3 this game, but with some (or all) of these additions I think this game would b the most played game on Kongregate. Press + if u agree

Someone out there should just copy the game mechanics, and then turn this into a ful blown action space RTS/RPG.
Two gigantic city sized mother ships, sending ships back and forth on each other DOTA style. Every kill gives you points to direct your friendly AI, repair structures, or buy upgrades on your ship (which when it dies, its gone) You could go as far as to use the points to build outposts, that mine minerals to replenish your allies lost ships... or buy special docks, repair bays, spawn points, turrets....
Hell need more massive AI games like this. I don't want to be the center of everything, I want to feel part of the bigger whole, directing the battle overall, while still feeling that my actions matter

Great game but if two Tesdudons are left they are chirceling each other i had to stop playing at stage 7 because of this

How to win (almost) any game: make sure all enemies are concentrated at one point and going after you while you are in a destroyer - you can kill fighters, destroyers, and testudons this way. Slow down until you can attack them with missles, then speed up so they don't catch up. I have gotten the full range of labels (multikill, blue baron, etc.) this way (and by the way, to highest label went something like HOLY FREAKING HELL 0.o) (And yes, even the face was in there)

I have found a little team to mount the perfect game, but feedback are really interesting. If you have some idea, or some sprite, even some scenario, I will try to use it! Send me PM, and I will read and answer you when I will have time. Furthermore, maybe we will add a beta version of our game if we think we are on the good way!
I can also answer question, and explain your idea we have. And if we are on the last line, why not chose you as beta tester :P?
And why don't build a real game in future ahah ? The more feedback we will have, the more enthousiastic we will be to finish!

A real fun game even after a decade. I really love games where there's swarms against swarms, and you are but an insignificant part of it.

Something useful I noticed - the Destroyer's missiles outrange the Testudon laser, meaning a single well piloted destroyer can kill a Testudon without taking any damage by getting in front of it and maintaining equal speed.

All this game needs is 1) a gaming company to be released on Pc/360 or even Ps3 ( More the better ) 2) a campaign system and possibly Co-op and multiplayer / Get a commercial for this game and our gaming needs are fulfiled ....

I would like to see a more story-based version, where you have a constant army, and you are fighting hordes, collecting from the masses and rebuilding your forces. Still, Awesome game, 4/5

if you got tailed you musnt turn in a circle you can just press down (to slow download) and then you can hunt them from behind. P.S. very cool game it gets never boring 5/5

EFFING AWESOME! i totally agree with the top comments this game is about a 4.5 from me its hard to get a 4 or 5 from me. the game could be better it's already great BUT could be better. the highest I got in kills was an autopilot haxx (13 kills no deaths)

damn cant beat the second space station so hard without a ability tocostimise your own ships cause all i get are a buch of fighters who fail badly and maybe a destroyer and testudon but always a crap load of fighters it pisses me off cause this game is so fun
but hay still a 5/5 needs a second

Sorry if this is too long.I just love this game, I've been playing it since I was in 9th grade... Oh, yes, this is almost over. I have one more idea. Add modes where they let you pick what kind of battle you want. Examples are : |Battle : Go head - to head with enemy armies.||Dogfight : Go 10 on 10 with enemies.|| Destroyer Mayhem : Fight 5 of the enemies destroyers, with your 5 destroyers.|Testudon Mayhem : Go 5 on 5 with enemy testudons.|Base Attack: The enemies are attacking your command base. Defend it at all costs.(note : command base is not that big ship, more like a building)|Level Editor : Add 100 fighters vs. 1 enemy fighter, add 50 testudons vs. 1 destroyer, or whatever. Make any battle you want in this mode.|| Command Post Attack : The enemies are strategically attacking your command post. Defend it or else.(note : the "command post" is that big ship in level 5.)||Skirmish mode : If you don't have alot of time, just pick from a few battle options. :) Ok this is over.-ashley

hmmm.... First stage 15 fighters vs 15 fighters.... i had 6 kills and 8 sheald left (No damage taken and no deaths there) It was so nice.... ;)
