Under rating threshold (show) I ask all who see this message, who have perhaps completed high school, college, or have seen relationships flourish and have lived with this game for years, to answer the call to save Junk Wars. For those who are new, fight for the opportunity to be part of the most welcoming and helpful community that I have ever experienced and to be able to play a classic, fun, and ever challenging game requiring strategy, some reaction speed, and creativity. For all we know, we may have no effect on the outcome, and this game may fade. However, we will know that we did something, and did not sit by, as a game we have grown or will grow to love fades. What we do know is this: That without support from our enduringly supportive and devoted players, this game will fade, and our money, time, and memories with it. -Oraij

Under rating threshold (show) I talked to Jeffo about the future of Junk Wars earlier: JeffoANTIC: hi there, we are not currently supporting it, and unlikely to in the future. Enabling/disabling things from time to time could still be a possibility however (reply) I somehow failed to copy the rest but he went on to say that due to lack of revenue and taking a loss because of server costs, they may cut the game entirely. He didn't comment when I asked about the possibility of selling the right to the game.

Under rating threshold (show) Fellow players of Junk Wars, if we do not fight then the very game we have devoted long nights and countless hours to may vanish. Now is the time to make in-game purchases, get friends to play, and to petition Antic to not let go of a game that has grown and developed with us over years, and has been a part of a large portion of some of our lives. + This comment for all to see. We must act now or Junk Wars may forever be lost. I will be writing a second petition to Antic. Send me a message or a shout allowing me to use your Kongregate user name in it if you are willing to stand for Junk Wars and its community. Some of the greatest have left, but we are still thriving, and need to show support for this amazing game.

Under rating threshold (show) For the newbies- It's a good game, stick with it. It might seem glitchy and hard to play at first, but with time, it will get better. We have a (for the most part) nice community willing (for the most part) to help new guys. Plus, a new update is coming, that will bring new parts, new bug/glitch fixes, and make it a better overall game. So stay with it!!! '+' this comment so new guys can always see it, to get a larger player base for the JW community!

Under rating threshold (show) Dear Antic, I know you aren't continuing to update the game, but if you get a second please change the "Junk Wars Super Handy Tip #2, "Junk Wars get's updated regularly, be sure to come back often to see new goodies in Brokin." It just feels like a slap in the face.

Under rating threshold (show) Remember the old times when 30 people at a time were in the room? I went on at 10:00 and it was a ghost town not one person! it was embarrassing to show my friends this cool game when not one person was in the chatroom maybe if you had ads you can fix this!

Under rating threshold (show) Not going to lie, most of us that still play are old junkers, i left a long time ago because i had schooling and when i came back i had to relearn the game entirely. it really is a good game, you just have to give it time, get a few friends, and make your own way. dont be afraid to ask for help. some of us may not help at that minute but most of will freely give advice when asked, some of us with spare parts and pieces may let you have them as well. Keep hope and i hope to see you around.

I know that you have made your money back on this endeavor, why are you abandoning a successful game? Under rating threshold (show) What Killed JW_______ The lack of advertisement of the game slowed down the flow of players causing player base to decline. Lack of players= lack of cashflow=development stopped. Another reason is the removal of the selling of parts by players and it being replaced with trading. This made oil unnecessary as parts cold be worked up through good trades till you get what you want. No neeed to buy oil=lack of cash=lack of development. I mean who would want to spend oil and get a pack not knowing what they are getting!

It is losing the support of its developers and it is because some people ave rated it 1 star as soon as starting because they didn't want to stick with it. I ask everyone that is currently playing this to rate it 5 stars. If it reaches 4.15 stars, the game will get achievements, many people will start playing, the developers will continue to work on the game, and everything will jump-start. Under rating threshold (show) Junk Wars is the new name of Junk battles. We felt that with all the new features that has gone into the game in the last 2 months, we needed to Re- Launch the game to allow older players a fresh start with a much better experience. All players past level 3 and with more than 10 battles retain all their stats.
