I equipped the flame ladders next to the Doom Chest and still needed $8 worth of repair despite none of the enemies reaching the Doom Chest. Perhaps those multi-colored skeletons deal damage when they die on the ladders. I'm not as certain, anymore.

CAUTION: Explosive ladders can damage the Doom Chest if detonated next to it. After several tests, I found that each explosive ladder does $8 worth of damage to the Doom Chest. When both exploded, $16 of repairs were needed when 0 enemies reached the Doom Chest. Forcing enemies to run into the lava is fun, but it may not be worth losing the $1,000 awarded in the Flawless Doom Chest bonus. Tread carefully, fellow Trap Masters.

i used to play this game all the time, some where around when i was nine. then i could never find it again, until now. This game has so much nostalgia for no reason, and i'm happy to have found it again.

Oh, wow. The charge shot is amazing. I had tried with the other monster before. The charge shot will easily beat the wizard. Thank you vttdavid9!

I was able to progress past level 1 and earn the easy badge a couple of days ago, so apparently the bug doesn't affect everybody. However, the lag is so bad in this game that I don't see any way to get past the level with the wizard. It's hard to beat a boss when it takes a few seconds after you click for the shot to actually fire. :/

Do you want to win the game effortlessly? Easy, just choose the MAURICE character, upgrade it to lv.3 until you unlock the CHARGE SHOT skill. Then keep the monster on the left or right of the map, hold the mouse to charge and SHOT to kill every single monster in 1 stage. You only have to jump between 3 stages, charge and shot in 1 line (the ships at the bottom of the map will also be destroyed with the monster at the bottom stage). Enjoy ^^
Apologies to anyone encountering this issue. Trap Master has been replaced with "You Have to Burn the Rope" for this week's Badge of the Day, and Trap Master has also been blacklisted from appearing as Badge of the Day in the future.

I'm also stuck after wave 1. so to get the badge, you have to start the game over and over again ... you can eat up to 15 humans per run, so it's doable but boring

Yeah... everybody just forget about the "king.com" links, they lead to "Royalgames.com" and it's garbage. So all the exclusive stuff is gone. Sad really, but all good things must come to an end. But even without those lost things, this game is still a great piece of art. Props to Berzerk Studio for this amazing game.

I think that doom chest or whatever is evil and is causing a ton of problems.The people are oblivious to the monster because it has magic powers that render it nonexistent to the peasants invading. The chest must be bad luck for the village folk, but the monster likes the chest because it's killing humans and it hates humans. It also likes the opportunity to lure them here and kill tons of them, but it may have bitten off more than it can chew when that stupid wizard comes. NOT.

It would be nice if the game gave you at least a little warning as to what kinds of new enemies would show up throughout the game. It does pretty well to teach you without annoying pop-ups, but I swear it took me three or so rounds to figure out why my turrets were shutting down and there was dolphin noises everywhere.

-Then yes, we miss a kongregate game, that's enough for me to totally avoid this dev. Maybe once they would make us play their game.. till this dreamly time, i play elsewhere :/ but.. it's not really a wish. Just a fact.

I'm a little confused by the badge of the day today. It said I needed 4 more, so I went in and cleared another entire wave and now it says I need 6 more. Is there a bug?

Avoid the last monster upgrade (if you're using Cezar?), it makes you prone to wasting your adrenaline when you're just trying to drop down through the floor.

Don't know if this is a bug, but the cursor's super slow to respond. The accuracy of clicks is totally off. 1/5 until fixed. Btw, with that amazing intro, the game could be ...more amazing?

Would be cool that when you unlock your character's ultimate ability get's unlocked, there wouldnt be an achievement tab blocking the ability description for the whole duration.

Game over ?! Wut happened. Oh well, that was a waste of 90 sec. I don't think I'm having too much luck with BerzerkStudio games, this would be strike three.
