Kosh67- once you fill in the obvious, there is a three to the left of the nine. Since there are three black squares filled in from the nine, you cross out all other squars surrounding the three. After that, you can fill in the rest of the squares surrounding the two sevens that touching two crossed out squares from the three. You can also fill in the three blank squares below the three that is right below the zero on the top edge. Since you have filled though three in, you cross out the three squares left below the three that is below the three is below the zero. Now there is a five that has 4 crossed out boxes in its area, so you can fill in the rest of the boxes in the area. Filling in those squares adds the last black square needed for the 4. this finishes out the xs for a three, wich finishes the blacks for a two. Etc, etc, etc.
All of these can be solved with logic alone, you just have to take a closer look.

There's very little in level 1 that can be solved with logic alone. Aside from the super obvious ones (0, 9, 4 on the corner, 6 on the edge), I found that I had to solve almost the entire puzzle had to be solved by modifying a box, checking the puzzle for errors, remodding, checking again, etc. VERY poor level design. Of course, the crap resolution makes it impossible to tell what it's supposed to be, so no help there. I don't know if I'll bother with levels 2 and 3.

Meh. I like puzzles, but there REALLY needs to be a better way of marking boxes than doubleclicking. I'd suggest shift-click.

This game has a huge bug. There are many levels in which there is more than one way to win, but the game will only count what it considers correct, so you have to find out what is the solution the game considers.

Really good, yet you should really add a hotkey for instant blanking, like holding Shift, Right mouse button or an in-game option.

Changing colour for surrounding squares and self being filled is useless.
Also, is it just me or is the first puzzle harder than the rest in that first set?

Good concept, but the interface makes it unnecessarily difficult to play. I don't need the number to change color when I've marked every surrounding square; I can see that! Picma Squared shows when the number tile's requirements are satisfied, which is more useful. And definitely allowing shift-click to place Xes would be helpful.

I love these games, their fun, brain teaser, and it consumses ALOT of time, i love time consuming games, that way when im loading a download, game, pic, file, or eny of that stuff, i play these, THAT YOU =D

Picma is way better, You need to be able to have a hotkey that puts the "x's" where you click, not just clicking twice. Get some color and music...

@ Tiger. LOL. Conceptis has made these kind of puzzles years before Picma Squared even came out. And one thing. If you play this game, visit his site. just do it.

A hotkey to hold for drawing Xs would've been nice, but otherwise, another great puzzle game from Conceptis. Keep 'em coming! 5/5
