Under rating threshold (show) I find this almost the opposite of sudoku. In Sudoku I find a bunch of numbers early on and then find it harder to solve the later ones. In this I find it hardest to find the first number, but once I've found it, the puzzles almost solve themselves.

Under rating threshold (show) Level 1 Puzzle 7 has a weird looking chain in the bottom left corner. It's a loop, not a chain. Not a big deal, but just thought I'd point it out.

Under rating threshold (show) Harder plz. 10x10 plz. 10 hours to solve puzzles (even if you make only 3) would be more valuable to me than this entire game.

Under rating threshold (show) Nox's comment appears to be that when you press a number, all of that number's appearances should get that cream background.

Under rating threshold (show) too bad they are not randomized, so the highscores for the lowest total time doesn't make much sense. Otherwise, nice mind challenge.

Under rating threshold (show) Awesome game, but not a new concept... Strimko has been around for a few years now.

Under rating threshold (show) The idea of chain sudoku is an interesting twist on the vanilla puzzle, but I think it's a little too easy due to the additional hints given by the chain system, and the smaller amount of numbers present in traditional sudoku. Don't get me wrong; I do enjoy this game and the change to unwind with some easy puzzling...just that I enjoy a challenge moreso. 4/5.

Under rating threshold (show) Am I the only one who gets serious vision problems?! An option for darker colours, baground etc would be nice :) But you still get 4/5

Under rating threshold (show) Don't hate me if you're stuck on a puzzle, but these are extremely easy, at least compared to actual sudoku puzzles. Only knowing how to solve the regular sudokus coming in, I was able to beat the last level in around 4 minutes having only solved 2 other puzzles(1 from each level) Will there be another volume, with harder puzzles?

Developer response from Conceptis

We understand what you're saying, Thomas, though not everyone is like that. If this goes well there will be a much harder 'volume 2' as we did with Mix Sudoku and Hashi.

Under rating threshold (show) pressing 1-6 on the keyboard should be a shortcut to highlight that number set (instead of clicking on the number and reselecting it). Very solid sudoku though

Developer response from Conceptis

Edit: Thanks for the comment (and further explanations), Nox9407. This is a nice idea though we're worried it might cause accidental number placements. We'll consider this in the next revision. In the mean time you can change the highlighted numbers using arrow keys or space-bar.

Under rating threshold (show) Gotta love sudoku. There are several variants of this classic game but I haven't seen this one before. You should sell it in puzzle books along with all the rest

Under rating threshold (show) Oooh I love it. I am a big fan of Sudoku, and I embrace all flavours. Is there a book with these chain sudokus? Consider it sold.

+ - !

(24)

Developer response from Conceptis

Thanks for the kind words, CraftyTurtle. There is a Chain Sudoku book with our puzzles published in Europe by Kueng Verlag. The book is named Perlen Sudoku. More details at kueng@raetsel.ch. There are also a few Chain Sudoku books with our puzzles published in Japan and Korea, but they might be harder to get. Search for World Puzzle Chain Nampure (Japan) and Chain Sudoku Vol.1 and Vol.2 (Korea).

Under rating threshold (show) Sudoku with a twist! Another great Conceptis puzzle game on Kongregate! 4/5 only marked down because Vol 1 has minimal replayability. :)

Developer response from Conceptis

Thank you, CreedP. We read you. If this goes well there will be a much harder 'volume 2' as we did with Mix Sudoku and Hashi.
