Things to note: Taint doesn’t kill (removed if down to 1 life). Sanity goes to -10 only, and cards can still be used. Roll mouse over insanities to see what they do. Creatures only counter attack after you’re hit. They don’t attack direct. Mouse control. Select a card then hit the centre button to play that card. Cards cost sanity to play (green number in the bottom right) – if you run out of sanity then you will go insane.
Each round the computer will go up one rank. Your rank increase is determined by your score. Score well in a round to increase faster in rank. Cards are unlocked every couple or so levels (not every level). Defeat your opponent by reducing their Life to zero. Sanity can be increased by Discarding sanity costing cards instead of playing them.
When you go insane, if you don’t know what an insanity effect does, roll your mouse over the insanity icon.show less

Atmospheric TCG style game. I liked it! It's pretty random, but then it's not so hard to outplay the AI. Oh, and the challanges are random and crappy, tho. Avoid those.
The game is pretty fun but the challenges aren't particularly challenging because there is no strategy to them. You either start at half your opponents life points or well below and it's based on luck of the draw. It's not challenging...it's just frustrating to the point you stop trying.
Tip: on challenge #17, you can reverse the taint spell on him. Send him insane and HIS taint increases gradually each time he makes a move. I got him tainted for 20! WHAM, eat that, you squid-sucker!

- Atmospheric TCG style game. I liked it! It's pretty random, but then it's not so hard to outplay the AI. Oh, and the challanges are random and crappy, tho. Avoid those.

- Got this freaking Necronomiconqueror badge.
#13 and #15 were a pain to beat, the others were fun and challenging, not based ONLY on "the Old Ones" :p

- The game is pretty fun but the challenges aren't particularly challenging because there is no strategy to them. You either start at half your opponents life points or well below and it's based on luck of the draw. It's not challenging...it's just frustrating to the point you stop trying.
