Music from Final Fantasy VI, Super Mario World and other classics. That alone makes this game amazing. Oh and its fun too.

The growl when you die and the "run howard" you hear when you return to the menu screen is from an old arcade game called Sinistar.

This is a damn fun game. A mild annoyance, but the last level is way harder than any other level. Also, that last level is the most fun since it is the most intense........ The little "where are they now" bit at the end was actually really good. I liked it way more than I should have.

i LOVE the feel of this game. it's dark and creepy, but fun an energetic. and theres the element of nostalgia with the mario and FF music. did I hear castlevania? Im not sure..

Exactly the right difficulty if you're using a mousepad - beat stage 1 easily, scraped by on stage 2, beat stage 3 on the second try, and beat stage 4 after several attempts.
4/5 for oldschool fun
