Every time i'm hit with spikes or cannonballs, i respawn, then get instantly killed, then spawn again, but when i fall out of the screen, i respawn normally.
is this a glitch or a feature?

Really liked it. Was a bit easy for my taste, but that's probably just me, I love my platformers hard as hell x 100 ;P

For all the people moaning about the wall jumping it is quite simple. If ur not pressing against the wall wiv the arrow key then you won't wall jump. Quite simple really. As for the game I thought it was brilliant. Really took me back to old school platformers but with a new school flair. Only gripe I have is that its a bit too easy to get gold, however if you made it any harder I guess the rating would drop from people that find it too hard. Great game anyway and hoping for a sequal.5/5

Been a while since I've seen a decent action-platformer. Love the fast-paced gameplay, smooth controls. Difficult, but fair - something rare nowadays. The final level and boss was really intense and a perfect conclusion to this awesome game. Wonderful.

I love platformers like this, where you need perfect timing while maintaining high speed. Got all gold in... like an hour and 45 minutes? Not sure, but it was time well spent. Great game, 5/5

Pressing and holding direction keys stops working after about a second (i.e. Skullface stops moving almost completely). Have to release and press the key again to continue moving. This makes the game unplayable.

Good game, accept for the controls. They're not as responsive as they need to be. Consider adding pre-touch controls (I.E.: If I'm holding jump and touch a wall, wall-jump; if I'm holding down and land from a jump, roll; ect.)

Love how smooth the movement is, but the wall jumps and rolls are a little wonky. The wall jumps don't seem to register unless you really press yourself hard against the wall, and the rolls have a weird delay if you try to do them after landing from a jump. This makes some levels that should only be mildly challenging(like robo church) infuriating. So....yeah. A fix would be appreciated.

Really good game, I was scared that it would be just a clone of meatboy but it's a lot better on many aspects. What I really enjoyed was the level design. Levels felt easy and smooth even if they were obviously difficult.
The only down I have is how tricky it can be to roll after a jump. This could be fixed easily by making a roll if you're holding down when landing. Died a few times because I pressed too early and was still in the air.

The game is awesome and the controls so smooth :D
I enjoyed the boss battle and the cutscenes too.
Also, the ending almost got me in the feels, but then I was like "xD" when the squid pushed the red button.

The wall jumping needs tweaks for sure. Gameplay is nice and smooth, but you NEED to work on wall jumping. Get the wall jumping stuff sorted out. Wall jumping.

Awesome game. The slight lag HORRIBLY diminshes its gameplay value, making it almost unplayable (for me) cuze of how annoying it is. 3/5 until lag is somehow fixed.

lol this is easy, just keep moving start moving when the level starts and figure out when to stop. easy gold medals all over the place.

Getting some delay on certain levels. Others I did not notice any at all. Isn't consistent either, 1 run will play smoothly til 5 seconds in, then continue moving without any key input, while another will have delay from the first key input... Love tricky platformers like this, but unpredictable input latency ruins the experience.

The wall sliding/jumping is terrible. Too often the character won't stick to them or won't jump off when prompted, or drops down when told to jump, or... and so on and so forth.

If wall jumping is a pain: Switch controls so up is jump, so you can use your muscle memory from every other flash game.

Might wanna fix some things. One problem I keep coming across is that certain "moves" have delay and sometimes just unusability in certain situations and in a couple of levels altogether. So far I've had problems moving left, right, rolling and jumping. Jet pack works fine.

great game, took two hours but got all gold... the wall jumping could be smoother, but the timing for the movement windows was beautiful. you have to go through almost every level without stopping. however, there should be a reward for all gold medals...
