This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Description
You can't remember the last time you left your room. When you receive a barcode reader in the mail, you discover that the world around you is not what it seems, and must escape the bars of black and white.
"Bars of Black and White" is a game in the room-escape tradition with hand-drawn line art graphics and novel barcode-scanning action. Is the world insane, or is it you?
How to Play
Click to move and interact. Click the edges of the screen to turn. To scan barcodes, use the scanner and drag from left to right; no need to be quick!

Pretty cool! I'm not great at escape the room games and this is actually the first that I've solved without help. Yeah I'm lame! :-P

I love these kind of games. :P Has much deep meaning more than any game could really hold and actually makes it more worth than it actually is. Only gets ruined when a fly has to fly by and land on your screen.
