This game is very sensitive to your CPU speed and utilization. If it's unable to process a keystroke in the timeslice allotted to it, it just drops the keystroke, leading to failed doublejumps.

I really agree with what others have said about the jumping problems. I've tried this game several times over the last year and the buggy jumps always stop me from wanting to play past the first few levels.

I feel like there's a bit of fuzz to the double jump. Every now and then the dude just completely fails to double jump, straight from a standstill. Very frustrating to finish a challenging series of mob-bounces only to die because dude fails to double jump over a pit. Nevertheless, 4 stars at least.

I started playing the sequel and found it very amusing so I tried the first one, it's not as challenging, probably only because I've done nearly 10 levels and the original was probably designed less hard. Most under rated pair of games, 5/5.

Great game; ok it's not moneyseize, but it's a great attempt to become as cool as it. I guess we can sometimes get a good game after randomly clicking in friends' favourite ones.

Damn. Stupid glitches. If you get a chest, then quit to menu before finishing that level, the chest counts as opened but isn't rewarded. Please fix this. D,: Otherwise, EPIC game.

You were intending to letting players able to duck below sawblades (I am 100% certain, because otherwise you are physically unable to complete at least one level), but you still get killed by them even if you duck. Perhaps that should get fixed?

Please give me another way to jump.. Spacebar is the crappiest button on any keyboard, yet all the developers love it. PLEASE make me jump with Z or whatever

Starts off easy, gets hard fast. Hideously hard. But it's always a fair hard, and it really is a fun challenge. Excellent game.

The name Anubis has existed for hundreds of years, the creator may have gotten the idea form stargate but I still wouldn't assume anything,

I'm also hoping warthog is just trolling, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's serious. I'm a Stargate fan too, but at least I know the coolest thing about it was how it used the Goauld to explain most existing Earth mythology (although they did start stretching after they ran out of Egyptian gods)

Directional keys keep freezing, causing the guy to run into walls and such. This has happened before, not my computer but rather old game code.

Weird bug. Last room level 15, I keep randomly dying as I go up the elevator on the left hand side. (Well before I get to the arrow-shooter), right around the spiderweb in the background.

so, I've been testing this extensively, and it is clear that there are two possibilities for how high you bounce off of enemies. I cannot explain it, nor can I find any pattern. But, I can say that it is VERY annoying...
