Under rating threshold (show) Alright so I just actually *finished* the game. The levels were great. Not overly challenging, but not hand-holdingly easy either. Also they don't feel more like timing puzzles than platformer puzzles, which is good since a lot of platforming games lately feel more like they're about having to do something at this EXACT MOMENT than having to be good at platforming. My biggest complaint (besides making Z the jump button and just generally not being able to configure the controls) is that the boss fight was SUPER easy.

Under rating threshold (show) A good game with a solid concept, but the controls should be touched up a little. You have challenge levels that are pretty much pixel perfect jumping with poor controls, which make a terrible mix. Terrible enough that I was tempted to ragequit C-9 and C-10. Not the mention that instead of the vague tutorial for the boss fight, you should have the scientist give you instructions; it took me several deaths before I realized how you were supposed to kill the boss. 4/5

Under rating threshold (show) This is a great game, but i really dislike Challenge level 9. I have nothing against making a game difficult, but why did this suddenly turn into trying to make pixel-perfect jumps? that's not what this game has been about at all so far.

Under rating threshold (show) Whenever you use the red balls to reverse momentum, you can just jump and then save your falling momentum. Then convert the falling momentum into jumping momentum, and save the falling momentum from THAT fall. Then convrt THAT to jumping momentum, and so on. You can keep jumping higher and higher.

Under rating threshold (show) Why has mrbah been voted down 16 times? Making Y a second jump button is an understandable request if you're used to WASD controls and have a different keyboard layout... and it doesn't affect the rest of us who have qwerty... am I missing something? o.O

Under rating threshold (show) Interesting concept, with some fine tuning could be a very successful game. I agree that the controls were a little too lose in the wrong ways and I also feel that the collision detection could be cleaned up a bit more, especially with the electricity. Also, is challenge level 7 even possible? I beat the game and the first 6 challenge levels. On the 7th challenge level I get the feeling that the last jump you need to make to get to the door is impossible. You can't get over the electricity to use your momentum to get up to the next pad with out hitting your head and falling into the electricity below. Has anyone beaten challenge level 7 that could send me a message explaining what I'm doing wrong?

Under rating threshold (show) definitely needs a sequel. the normal levels are too simple, and the challenge levels, while difficult, tend to require superfine keyboarding skills rather than clever thinking. there's a whole lot of unexplored territory here.

Under rating threshold (show) About the challenge levels: Part of the difficulty is in the level design, as it should be, and part of it is because the controls are very loose (you "slide" a lot). The first part I understand, but as for the second part, I'd like the controls to be tighter. I wouldn't complain because I have to make a very precise jump or use fast reflexes, but when I'm simply walking and I can't stop at the exact place I want because of the sensitive controls it's getting a little ridiculous. That's not to say I don't like the game, because I do (I've given it the full 5-star score).

Under rating threshold (show) Of course the challenge levels are insanely tough, that's why they're challenge levels! If you had problems with the regular levels, then you'd have a right to complain. Also, for the boss, note that the arrow has to be pointing WITHIN the green area. ANYWHERE within it. I have to say I liked the story, I was just thinking that I wish the standard Portal storyline would be subverted for once.

Under rating threshold (show) Very nice idea. The cheesy graphics didn't bother me but two things did: 1) The directions for killing the boss were sometimes hard to decipher. Maybe this was intentional, but it seemed buggy. 2) Why can't I just agree to join the monster and kill the scientist? Everyone like multiple endings.
