Under rating threshold (show) So, they are out of wind but have wooden "Perpetuum mobiles" in the ground - oh those villagers...

Under rating threshold (show) If it were the wind power from the windmills powering an underground community, it would make a lot more sense

Under rating threshold (show) Good game. The author's understanding of wind power is backwards. Would be a better story if there was an earthquake, and you need to repair the underground system in order to restore motion to the underground generators and power to the town.

Under rating threshold (show) I think that part of the preface of the game should explain that a rushing underground river was discovered, and that is being used to turn a gear which is to be used to turn the windmill which is used to power the town... (instead of just directly powering the town itself...) Solar alternative much?

Under rating threshold (show) Is this game a subtle message from big oil that wind power is unreliable and we should rely on 'underground' energy ?

Under rating threshold (show) I'm super impressed with this. The artwork is amazing and the puzzles feels so natural and logical. The music is beautiful and relaxing and doesn't make you feel frustrated when you don't get how you're supposed to solve a puzzle. Just brilliant. My favorite puzzle game on Kong at the moment.

Under rating threshold (show) You do realize that wind is what causes wind mills to spin, right? The gears convert the wind into useable energy.

Under rating threshold (show) Easy but not too easy, nice music that surprisingly doesn't get boring, nice graphics, overall a pretty fun and relaxing game, accent on the GAME. It's probably not supposed to have a deep meaning. For all I care, the gears run purely on Adobe Flash.

Under rating threshold (show) Yeah, I have to agree with a lot of people: it's pretty tricky to tell if a gear is too small or just right. It's a great simple game, just needs some more... substance. 3/5

Under rating threshold (show) Ah, I get it! The villagers need income from tourists. And tourists want windmills that look like they work properly and don't stand still. So, the villagers bought one of those experimental small nuclear reactors, hid it deep in the ground and power the windmills with the power it generates. Clever! ;)

Under rating threshold (show) @joriss I'm surprised the villagers are so naive to base it all off Wind Power. After all, how much money would it take to put gears within the ground that doesn't actually DIG into the ground? A miracle of modern science!

Under rating threshold (show) The gears are turned by coal power plants down on the ground, which run on cheap child labor. Most of the energy goes into turning the gear, which keep the island floating in the air through sheer torque power.

Under rating threshold (show) While this game was certainly interesting, the difficulty curve was all over the place, with some of the later levels being very easy compared to their early counterparts. Not to mention how often a gear would look like it fit perfectly only to plop back into your inventory. All things considered though, the game was not bad.
