I wish there was a save button. When I quit the game, I don't lose resources or achievements, but I return to an earlier location in the game instead of where I was when I quit. Also, I've completed 10 quests for the people at the 2 towns, but can't find any more quests. I also have not built anything yet. Is there someone on the island who has instructions or a quest to build something?
You can save by going to the in-game menu. Press P to go to the in-game menu. The crafting and building are just some additional features which aren't connected to any quests or instructions. Mining is something that becomes available later in the game after you're done with a quest given by one of the villagers in the dessert.

I know that this game is done and all but maybe you could add some mechanic that makes new cars like a truck or a jeep or maybe a tank and that it costs like 2500 to make them and that you can upgrade the car to increase the speed because it is really fun going to the mountain in your car and then going down towards the town and flying off that cliff thing.

Can the journal have a separate tab that records all the known recipes and recipe hints? Otherwise, we'd have to write them down or remember them. And i promise you, that won't happen :)
The book of recipes in the first town, you can pick up and put in your inventory. Press 4 and then E to put it in your inventory. There has also been made a wikia site for this game with all of the recipes: http://island-escape.wikia.com/wiki/Crafting

The random spawns turn this game into pure nightmare fuel. Every time you turn around, there is a decent chance that a monster is silently moving towards you, with its emotionless, crimson eyes just STARING. Even after death, they keep staring. Even after looting, they stare...even after I turn off the game and try to sleep, THEY STARE!!

i like some graphics but i feel that if you work on this game enough you ould creat something big just remember the mystery behind the game that make itmore fun

in a way this game is good but u need to fix the graphics and other stuff. when i started this game i kinda hated it but like it at the same time because there are many features tat allows u to do almost anything u want

Awesome game, but I have a little complain. When you shoot a target at long range with the sniper, the target actually dies before the bullet hits them. :l

clouds need to be more square lol but really need more lighting or a flashlight, unless i just haven't found it. you end up hip firing in the dark or take a guess where your gun is in the dark when looking down the sights

awesome but could u make it where u can pickup empty chests and place or atleast craft 1's so u can store useless stuff in it or what u would need like wood,potions,all types of stuff
