The atmosphere is good, it reminded me a little of LIMBO. I was genuinely shocked upon meeting the other person. The only thing i didn't really like was the walk cycle, it could be smoother. The way he pauses after every second step bothered me.

1. I thought that the reason the character stopped at every step is because he's injured.
2. the reason for the linear & directed gameplay is Because, i think, the developer tried to create a cinematic game ( as he describes his work ) in wich the player is more like a passive viewer and less an active player. And, i think, that by missing alot of details from the story he tried to achive mysrious atmosphere but Inadequate story line dosen't always result in mystery. in total - 2/5 but favorited for the potential. theres no reason to remake the game, a prequel would be just fine.

Please work on making the animations of the character more fluent. The artwork in this game is really impressive, but this little detail really does affect the atmosphere of the game negatively. And please, work on a proper story. This could be so great, but right now there are only a lot of questions and no answers. Please continue working on it. It already manages to create a really cool atmosphere without a story. With one and with a few more challenges (e.g. puzzles, traps) and without those little flaws this could become an epic experience for the player.

It's a fairly good game, I like the art and feel of it. I would have preferred though that the normal walk that you do during most of the game wasn't as halting, he would often stop for a second after taking two steps which seemed unnatural. Another thing I would have liked would be to have some thoughts involved to add story to the game. They could be written from the point of view of the character that the player plays, either wondering or explaining how he got out in the middle of no where, why he had an empty shot gun nearby, what his thoughts are on much of what is going on around him and what he sees. Just some thoughts.

Great "horror" type game. I dont get whats the big deal about the pauses every second step. To me it wasn't that big of a deal. I just held the right arrow key. Hardly slows me down. Too short. Thats the only problem for me. Otherwise pretty freaking epic. 5/5 and favorited. (even through I have 350+ faves. CURRENTLY.)
