Come on,you can do better than this. The only good thing is listening from your local MP3s,but everything else look liked it was rushed. The driving physics are so out of quark. The AI completely ''ignore'' the terrain, and the re-spawn is inaccurate.Unlocking cars is bull, you should buy them so your not stuck with the same crappy stock car because of the crap physics. You can do a better job then this.1/5

Continued from other comment..keep engineering behind the first game, mix it with this one, with LOTS of upgrades with a BIIIIG challenge. maybe not right off the get go but a few tracks in make it REALLY hard and give it some badges.

this game has a LOT of potential. i would actually pay money for a game like this on the xbox. just simple fun. the first one was really really good. imo the graphics and the feel to it was WAAAY better. adding in 2-D girls is a little too cheesy. also, in the first one it was almost like upgrading your handling was bad... maybe once or twice but no more then that. it looks like the game was a little half-assed if you ask me.
imo i think this game would be awesome if:
1. buying cars was an option
2. upgrading available via money from winning, or some other way
2.b and not just speed, handling, accel, and little things like that. take the time to draw out suspension parts such as rack and pinion or leaf spring options. look at the upgrades for IDAS4 and just do something similar. make it hard to upgrade, but not impossible achievements.

SPOILER
======
4-04 Baloon crate is in an island:
Start the race, take the U turn at your left. When you reach the X intersection, take the bottom-right way on your SCREEN, not your car. You'll get to a spot with 3 snowman by the fence, and on the other side, a rock, snow, and a river. Cross the river to the island with the crate.
cheers

This game is okay and is playable most of the time, but there are serious issues with this game. For one, there is almost no instructions on how to do different types of drifts. Some players can't be arsed to experiment with different angles and accelrations just to avoid the wall. Another problem is the lack of a brake key and reverse key. The brake and parking brake are essenial to pulling off some professional drifts. At least a brake key would have helped to have better drift control because sometimes letting go the accelerate key just won't always do the job. For the most part though, a lot of the challenges are possible. Drifting can be rewarding once the player goes past the difficulty curve and experiments with the accelerate on drifts. For some who are willing to put their time to figuring out the mechanics of the game, this game may qunech your drifting thrust at least slightly. Overall, the game is okay, but it is barely polished. 3/5

1/5: Physics is crap. The AI completely "ignore" the terrain and most of all - it is impossible to change controls!
Please don't force me to use down arrow as brakes; using space would make a hole new experience.

SPOILER ====== 4-08 Baloon crate is Right before the 17th flag (if you grab the ones before...)
It's the gnarliest U turn in the course, where you can drift between 2 pinetrees.
Before taking that gnarly turn to the left, the crate is hidden behind the pinetrees "in the center of the donut"

SPOILER ====== 2-08 Baloon crate is an easy one.. start, follow the track..take the wide U turn, then the S. You'll see the first 4 crates right besides a rock, by the ocean, they contain the baloons.

game sucks so bad, Iwanted to poke my eyes out with children's scissors, replace them with footballs and bash a rusty nail in my skull while listening to opera music.

I know the main object is drifting, but the car is too difficult to control even on the first track or trying to drive straight. Hopefully, if there's a sequel, there would be more control of the drift and not drive around like car hitting an infinite oil slick.
