- I say 2/5 because of drag and drop. Even by level 5 it gets just too fast. There should be an auto-infect feature where they infect what they touch, which would be more realistic, more fun, and would allow you to actually utilize high reproduction rates. You could still move them with the mouse, but any red blood cell/power-up should activate on contact. That would make it at least 4/5, maybe 5/5.

- Drag and drop is only fun if you like click-fests. I don't. Good concept, but the execution leaves something to be desired.
