Hooray! Go on Unity!
Unity is definitely great for young programmers!

It's not a particularly good game, but for 8 hours great job. Just 1 problem: click to fire w/o fire-rate restriction. Click-spam macro => garbage frame-rate + physics failure.
I believe I fixed you're problem. Boolen variables rock!

Because the description says "less than 8 hours", I expected some crappy game without potential. Now that I have played a few waves, I see that there is indeed much potential if you keep on working on it. Some other things you may want to implement: new mobs, new backgrounds, a "next wave!" message, a storyline, allies (and perhaps even co-op mode with the option to turn on/off friendly fire) and definitely a more appealing Description.
I took you're advice and I added a "New Wave" timer between waves. Also I changed up the background to make it a little more interesting(poor photoshop job I'll fix that later). Let me know what you think of the changes, I really appreciate the input. This being my first released game, Kongregate has been really great to me!

I enjoyed this but would find it simpler if the arrow keys were dependent on the direction 'you' are facing; e.g. if you are facing right, then left will move you up the screen.
Amazing job for 8 hours and it plays smoothly.
I will look into making that an option in a pause menu and main menu in a future update! Thanks for the input! :)

Thanks for the input! I'll definitely implement that in a future update. Also I plan on adding power-ups and unlockables in future updates as well as the Kongregate medals and achievements API. Any other things you guys would like to see implemented?
