Under rating threshold (show) the song is from the end of portal it originated from a guy who sang to his girl friend about their ups and downs (obviously had diff words) but valve bought it from him and re-used it. but the original song is called still alive (its about a robot being deceived and telling you that you don't deserve cake pretty much) :D love the song.
