For those curious about how to play Bloons Tower Defense 2 post-Flash with the SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the 'GameShell' issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0000/3656/live/bloonstd2.swf?kongregate_game_version=1205904559 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here. As a tip for this game, a bug in this game exists through using the Tab key that allows one to upgrade towers past the initial upgrade with additional purchases, as the Tack Tower as buying the Faster Projectiles upgrade 20+ times will ensure that it obliterates hordes of bloons on it's own, with the assistance of a Bomb Tower for the new Lead bloons here!

Stuck on the hard badge? Here's a tip. The spike shooters can be mega upgraded using tab. Simply select the shooter, then use tab to scroll through everything until you get to the buttons. The speed upgrade has 'two' upgrade boxes, shown as a slightly offset yellow box. This is the only one that will upgrade the speed. The highest seems to be hyperspeed, and it seems like nothing can get through the beams. Seems like the upgrade glitch works with every upgrade, it is just the left button with that weird hitbox thing. Just remember to get a cannon for the metal balloons, and you're set!

@JeffHopkins The hard badge tracks the lives remaining, not the wave you are on. So it will only register your lives when you beat all 50 waves.

Are people still getting the Hard badge? I see the comments about issues but I can't get a round to register. Even if I start the game, place 1 tower, and start the round, with only clicking a single time to place the tower down, it will not register the round. I tried playing through anyways but no luck.

i am sorry JakeAmick but it was nearly the first game they ever made so sorry it is not upto your standards go out and buy BTD5 it is a lot better!!!

Thanks to all the commenters helping me out I had beat this on easy before but gave up on the other 2 difficulties. I have played all of the balloon games. Always good keep up the great work.

hey yall, as long as you have enough for an initial upgrade purchase, you can keep hitting enter and go negative money. You gotta pay it back, but if your having trouble with the hard badge, there you go.

Warning to the peoples: when you reach lvl 19, buy a bomb tower, and place it near the front. You'll thank me when you find out why.

Warning! There is a glitch that makes getting the last badge pretty much impossible. Copypasta this to keep it alive! You CANNOT fully upgrade your towers by using the mouse. You have to use the keyboard keys. Use the TAB button to select the upgrade and use ENTER to take it. WARNING: It will let you spend money on upgrades beyond the max using this trick. So to keep you from losing cash, here are the maxes: ALL range upgrades cap at 2 upgrades, anything more will not be reached Dart Pierce is a single upgrade extra levels do nothing. Cannon bigger explosion is a single upgrade extra levels do nothing. Neither the Boomerang or Super Monkey can go beyond their 1st level upgrades. And last but not least: Tacks can be upgraded all the way to HYPERSONIC. LAST WARNING: Hypersonic on the tack shooters is, imo, TOO fast. I personally feel it makes even hard WAY TOO EASY. Use at your own "risk". If you want a real challenge do it without hypersonic.

lol, there's an infinite money glitch. You have to hit tab when it's on a spike shooter and highlight the box that is just to the right of the left panel for faster darts. I think it has to do with selling stuff that you don't actually have.

Here is a simple trick to do: It is actually a glitch. Hover the mouse on the land, then right click and click on the road. It works if you do it correctly. This glitch will never be fixed. It makes the game way easier.
