Description

You are the Power Hunter. You go traveling through outer space searching lost, ancient planets for the powers they have left behind. You reach the ancient planet, Xavva, where you hear they have a special Power called "Weapon". As you enter the ruins you fall and damage your Power Suit, losing your current powers. Retrieve them, acquire the new one, and find ancient artifacts while exploring 20 rooms of INTENSE tile-based mapping :)
Made during week 2 of having AS3. Took me a lil while to upload cause i was busy with spring break, school, jobhunting, etc. but here it is. Still got a few things to add in but figured I might as well put it up now for the people who want it ;)
Added in AWD movement and music :)

How to Play

Arrow keys / AWD to move, mouse to aim and shoot.
M to mute/unmute
P to pause/unpause

There's a special 'technique' you'll need to get some of the artifacts. If you can't figure it out on your own I'm sure it'll show up in the comments.

Until I add in what each powerup does... Purple = Jump, Blue = Ice, Green = Transparent Blocks, Orange = Super Jump, Cannon = Weapon

thanks for the input, i'm still working on adding stuff in i just havent really had time. i should be adding in more info stuff sometime next week including artifact counter, info on the powerups, and changing a few of the powerups (especially blue/ice), and a pause with a minimap kinda thing hopefully. also need actual game music and not just intro music so i'll see how much i can get done by next week

One thing I noticed is that when you are jumping there is no momentum, you can speed up and slow down while in midair. I'm not sure if this was intentional but figures I should point it out.

alright well i've been really busy but i wanted to add stuff to this but when i went to update it i accidentally saved over the finish version with an unfinished version X(. so after an hour of refinishing it i added in pause (p), mute (m), and made the intro thing go through the whole game

interesting little game, there is a place or two where you can still get stuck. but definatly has some potential.
