Description
Write your own tale of evoloution and watch it unfold. What you write unfolds as a story on the righthand page of the book, and appears as a real. living world on the left. Experiment!
This game is a collaboration between myself and kddekadenz for Ludum Dare #24.
He did all the code and came up with the idea.
I did all the art, except the book texture, and helped him polish it.
The Ludum Dare page: http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-24/?action=preview&uid=10000
Note: The reason I'm uploading it is because it turns out that LD doesnt allow collaboration credit..so he uploads it to Ludum Dare and i upload it to Kongregate. Yay to Kongregate for allowing collaboration credit though! :)
How to Play
Write a word (like 'tree') and if it is part of the game the object will appear (or, if it is a command, be executed).
Type 'help' for a list of commands...but try experimenting first!

it would be a lot better if there was more space to build

I like the concept, just wish we could literally write our own stories and watch nonsense unfurl. To at least make the game more elaborate and engaging? For example: "In the beginning it was dark. " (The keyword in use would be "dark".) "But then light filled the world and there was life". (The keyword's now being light, world, and life.) Perhaps, the story could even evolve as it animates very general words into other objects to fulfill an objective?

I think this game's basic concept could have a lot of potential. For example, developing the amount of commands a player could utilise in order to create a real story would be really cool. However, as it is, I think the game could do with a lot more.

It would be nice if there was a ability to drag objects.
