I transferred my account but then the next time I come on this game it tells me to transfer account again. i tried to log in to snailgames.com with my transferred account but it said the account was locked. Please help,

your grammar is so bad I am not sure what you are asking, but if you meant to ask "Can we no longer top up on Kong?" then someone that spends money on this game can answer it. I think there are too many issues with this game to even consider spending money on it

What happened??? All of my missionaries got sent back to my city, all of my troops were unassigned, and my hero's gear was taken off...

Not sure about the server, but if you think you had an account on a server, when you click on it you will either be brought to your city, or have the option to recover the city.

I would like to thank Snail for fixing the missing resource buildings, however, I would have liked to get my lvl 16 buildings that I lost, not the lvl 12's that they gave me
