The "Getting stuck" usually happens if there has been some lag or a disconnect recently. It can also happen occassionally after we upload a new patch. Luckily, a refresh fixes this in 99% of all cases, and if that doesn't work, then the issue usually goes away by itself within an hour or so. If this issue persists though, please let us know through the in game bug reporting button and we'll see what we can do for you.

Actually our preferred method of customer service in regards to 'bugs' is the in game bug reporting button. That way you can get direct feedback 1-on-1 without the need to spam comments. That's why we added the bug reporting button. There's now a specific icon for each mission in each 'area' of the map (so 3 icons per area). So just click the icon of the mission you want to play. Of course the other icons will only appear once you've completed the previous mission. But are you saying that you previously had access to and played the other missions that have now disappeared?

Hi there. If you scroll down to see the conversations we had with inyourface45 you'll see some of why we made the decisions we did. I guess you're referring to the cool down when you say you're being limited? Although that is kind of limiting in a way, it would be a lot more limiting if the entire game was taken offline because we couldn't afford to run the servers. :(

Got to make the easy levels easy to keep players. We can't scare them away by being too hardcore :)

Please read and think about our previous response to you. We don't do these things lightly. And we certainly don't do them because we want to punish or upset our fans. There has to be a middle ground though. When 99.9% of players aren't paying - and simply farming *everything* in the game, what are we expected to do? What you see today isn't a "leap" closer to those other games... it's a gradual attempt to improve the games performance so we can at least cover the cost of operating and supporting it. Is that so bad? Do you expect the game to survive if we can't even feed ourselves? Think about it.

You know what's sad? We cannot survive as developers on 5/5 ratings alone. We initially made the game as free of things like "cool downs" as possible - and ran it like that while making as many improvements as possible - for months. Truth is, the game doesn't even clear enough money per month to pay for the servers on which it runs. Is that fair to us? Meanwhile, the games you complain about having cool downs... they are making millions per month. So, what would you do if you were running a game and watching it die because players gave it 5/5 and farmed *everything*?

Hmmmm...... sorry you're eqperiencing lag. But we opened servers in the USA, ASIA and EUROPE to try to combat this :( Also which bugs specifically? If you tell us, we can fix them :)

Hmmmm.... not really an option I think. If you're complaining about having to wait for 1 level to load, what would you feel if you had to wait for 3 to load all at once? Also you might not be playing linearly and jumping back and forth between areas and Unity has a cache limit (I think) Still, you can always use the standalone version at www.angry-red.com but you will not be able to use your Kong log in details with that I'm afraid.
