acceptable tetris. dual rotation, different rotation for T and L, smooth movement, very brief removal, game scales well up to level 15, although the sudden bump in 16 which is further aggravated by trying to deal with the incorrect rotation orientations for L and T, excellent sound system, a relatively decent randomization system. 3/5.

no chance in hell those blocks are randomized. How come I always get, like, six elbow blocks in a row? or stairs blocks? sometimes I'll get a choice piece that fits just perfectly but FAR more often I get its opposite that I have nowhere to put. Then four or five more just like him. RAGE

Probably the best tetris on Kongregate.. The massive increase around level 9 to 10 though is way steeper than the classic game.

Most of the people will disagree with me when I say that this is the best Tetris game I played in a long time. Mostly because of the music :P
I love how the tetris theme sounds like it comes from an old game with low battery! its sexy :3

Reminds me of when I first started playing on kongregate. this was and is one of my most favorite games. ^^

Glitch: Press back to menu, then press the pause button at bottom part of screen, then press return to game. You can now return to your game, but the main menu bar is still up. I won't ask you to fix so that you won't break the 64k record.

@hyperRadium88 The song is from Norway and it´s composed by Edward Greig, it´s original title (on Norweigan) is Grieg Op. 23 no. 9 Dovregubbens Hall (Bergakungens Sal is the Swedish name ( and I do not know the ENglish name))

@HyperRadium, actually, the original, before club penguin was a Harry Potter (Sorcerer's Stone, I believe) game intro theme. It was for the Gameboy color. And the Music speeds up when you get close to the top.

I loved it, until it flat-out refused to give me a T-block. I had the set-up all ready. And for 40 shapes, not a single one came...

somethings about this game makes it just drop down but this is probably one of of the games i can find at kongregate which has somewhat the original tetris game

There's no drop key! And the screen space is too small! Otherwise, this would get 4-1/2 stars... I DON'T GIVE A PERFECT RATING TO ANYTHING ONLINE, LOL. Great music and graphics, just fix the two issues mentioned and I'd log into Kongregate just to play and hear this! :)

This is the game I play for my daily Tetris fix. Usually mute the music though. Good game, even though I generally fail at it. :D

dang, this is hard. i thought i was gona be good. i wish i had an Atari so i could play its tetris. it looks really fun. but i think this is good too. 4/5
