Edit to previous comment: This particular issue is only for P4 (blue), so squares A4, B4, C4, C5, C6. Who goes first carries quite a bit of momentum early on. Consider having each have one less move at the start: p1 gets one move/territory, p2 gets 2-square move, p3 gets 3, then p4 gets full. Would help a bit, at least. It is an interesting game though, I'd like to see it developed more.

There's a way to ensure one player can be eliminated 2nd turn if his 2 adjacent opponents set themselves up to access any of the 5 squares on his central border (like A3, B3, C3, C2, C1). Then one or both of them are able to take out his territory no matter what move he makes. This could be solved by making your home square not a castle, but normal territory, or just a bigger board (increased moves still may work with this if you choose, since he can camp near himself more effectively as the board size increases). Naturally, undoing and redoing a move ("bickering") allows other players to advance, so that's not usually viable.

Please keep in mind you can spawn scouts from LAND you own, not just castles. And that spawning on a square with 2 of your castles surrounding will empty both castles. Making a castle only captures adjacent squares that are owned. Interesting game. Make something out of it.

A great idea for a quick-paced strategy gaem (always hard to do) is ruined by the bug, causing the AI to cheat. PLEASE update this game.

My game glitched... Blue send a scout first turn (because you have to scout first turn). Then scouted the second turn.. even though each castle can only Scout once. After that I scouted to remove all blue around Blue's castle. Blue's third turn: scouts again, starting after my purple, still with only the first castle.

@ChaticBrain: Pressing ESC ends a game early. Although the game should end finish when the Player is eliminated, you do not have to refresh to start a new game.

The idea is nice (very similar to a pair of boardgames i know), yet, the game is way too much bugged, expecially considering that is is quite simple. Refine it a little bit.

Love it! :D I found a bug/feature in the cases where you have two 'castles/crowns' and you want to take an occupied colour space, it will destroy both of your castles. In my game player 3 was abolished on his first turn, which didn't seem to make sense. Really great though. :)

I like that game.
+ Fresh idea/concept
+ single player versus AI possible
+ multiplayer possible (not tested)
+ graphics is simple but nice to see
- Introduction must become better
- game ends must lead to a new game start in the end without the "F5 option" (reloading the browser)
I added it to my favourites, my rating is 5 even with the touch of an unfinished project. More games like this one please.

Also, if everyone else is eliminated except for you, you can only take one more turn before the game ends, and even if you have plenty of territory to turn into castles (all undisputed what with there being no other players) you can still lose because you don't have the most castles when the game arbitrarily ended.

i tried to assign other players and other stuff popped up and nothing happened to the players. i tried to play and died after my first move. i think it would be a good game if you fix that and maybe make the instructions a little clearer.3/5
