Lvl6) Wait until he flies at you jump over (or go to one of the sides of the screen) him then hug him. Lvl7) Jump when he jumps, land next to him and hug him. Lvl8) Wait till he charges you then jump on him and hug him.

Under rating threshold (show) WOOT! I found out you can quick hug almost everyone including Hitler. If you hug them once and rapidly tap the spacebar, you quick hug and they become frozen while you continually hug them to defeat. :D I know it's cheap but doing this I only died once. I'm going for perfect, no hit now.
