Under rating threshold (show) This game is promotional to proper biking rules and wearing a helmet, which is a good thing. On the other hand, simply falling over without a helmet isn't a 100% shot at getting brain damage. And if you have a helmet and collide with a car coming towards you, you just won't walk away with just your bike ruined. Infact, you will be lucky to ever walk again, and lucky to live actually.
