Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. Description
Create a single road that loops the city. The road must not branch and there must only be one loop. The number on a building indicate the number of sides of that building that are facing the road.
How to Play
Click to create a road, click again to mark an edge to indicate that there is no road.

Needs a restart level button that clears all moves; smaller levels at first to get the hang of it; a "solve" button when you give up; a timer that increments in seconds and minutes; planned levels, not just randomly generated.

It's an interesting Minesweeper variant, but lacks a lot of necessary features. An "End Game" button is needed, and a "Hints" button (3 hints per game, perhaps?) would definitely improve it.

This game has been in Games magazine for years, nice to see that someone was able to create a flash game out of it.
