"Ah this game solved all my problems of not being able to get people to play Risk with me!" - Still have that problem here now, damn :-(

It would be nice to have the instructions of the game. All I do is click over countries with my color on them so that a number goes up by 1. That's a win, right?

You shouldn't play 1v1 if "fairness" is your main concern. If you want a challenge, however, they're quite fun. Sometimes winning while going second is luck, certainly, but it's also about tactics more than you might think. 1v1 is an entirely different game than with 3+ players, and it requires different strategies.

I have an idea about how to make turns fair, Instead of randomizer, let us have our turns occur at the same time! Plus this so the developer can see it

World Rebellion II is an online version of the board game “Risk”. Like in Risk, players control armies with which they attempt to capture territories from other players. The primary object of the game is world domination, or to occupy every territory on the board and in so doing, eliminate all other players.

150 armies, owning the entire world except one section with one army.
Millions of soldiers versus a group of friends.
