The music was made specifically for this game. If you play my second game ("The Lonely Square") and go into the extras area, you can find the name of the person who made it (and a link to his/her site... I forget who it was).
I honestly can't say myself whether your comment was correct for this game or not; if you feel like the square moves too quickly, simply hold down shift to slow him down ;).

Actually, in most games where the controls don't feel like you're on butter on oil on ice (I hope that's intentional) you move 4-8 pixels every frame. @Devresponse
Nope. If I'm not mistaken, there's actually two (or more) easter eggs in it, one on purpose, one was an accident that had funny results so I left it. It's been a while since I made it or last played it, so I can't say for certain though.

This is a comment that I think is worth wile so it could be cool if they like we not to easy to doge and make it look cooler or somthing.
There is a sequel to this game, called The Lonely Square. It's kinda the "full" version of the game. It has a story mode, shop, different difficulties (near infinite difficulty combos with the shop), and even a tool to make your own levels :).

Enjoyed it when you first showed it to me, and still it enjoy it 3 years later. I'll always be a fan of the simplicity of this game and it's addictive gameplay. Keep doing what you do.
I'm glad you're still enjoying it :). There are some other simple games I've made too. The latest game I've helped with is "Inject", which has just gone live in the iTunes store.
Have you tried "The Lonely Square" (http://www.kongregate.com/games/Abigayl/the-lonely-square)? It's the "sequel" to this game, with a story, shop, and even a level creation tool. ;)
Cool :). You're one of only four people I know who has done that (other being myself, my friend who told me about the video, and whoever recommended the game to vsauce in the first place).

whats the difference between red and blue? I hold the top week score for #2 atm but it doesn't show up on red, only my red score does. What is the difference? just two profiles?
The difference is the outside border. Red kills you. Blue doesn't. When I made this game, I originally thought that would make a big difference, but it really doesn't :P.

Are you going to make any new games soon? I am so excited I have been waiting for like a year and i really cant wait until like some kind of sequel comes out!
Check out my profile. I have quite a few other games, including The Lonely Square, which was made as a much expanded sequel to this game. There are also an additional three games not on this profile but rather my new profile, 0_Tuo_0. Besides The Lonely Square and this game, none of my games have done amazingly. I'm great with simple games, but the more in-depth they become, the worse they seem to become. Go figure.
Well, a part of it is providing support for my tutorials. A lot of my programs on here are tutorials to help others learn how to code (for example, the first series shows a lot of how to make this game). People comment with questions that I try to help with. So, since my system works for those, it can work for these too. ;)
Took me about a year to find a way to get a system to automatically notify me of new comments. Before then, I had to manually go through all of my programs (this is one of over a dozen) to see if there were new comments. My philosophy is that if you care enough to leave a comment, then I should care enough to respond :).

I HAVE TO GET FIRST PLACE ALL TIME LEVEL 3 LEADERBOARD AND I WILL NOT STOP PLAYING IT UNTIL THEN! oh and here is a trick press p repeatedly for pauses so it is easier to see where everything is going and creator if you want to fix make the screen go black after pause then unpause normal. Anyways 4/5 could be better if there were more modes but i might not be most people.
Mode 3 was my favorite too ;). I won't take out the pausing trick as it's not overly useful IMO but can give an edge to those dedicated enough to use it. It's just like being able to snake in Mario Kart; it's something that takes dedication to learn how to do well and thus should be allowed to separate those who have been playing for ages to those who haven't. As for more modes... why not try The Lonely Square? That's the sequel to this game, and it has a storyline, achievements, a shop, and even the ability to make your own levels :D.
