Oh God. Ok. Lvl 49 Human Warrior deleted. Idk what happened. We've been having brownouts and I think this time it ruined the save file. Although even my rogue was deleted. Can it be restored?

Just incase anyone tries to use cheat engine on this game DO NOT try to hack your STR, INT,etc it will break the game the next time you try to log on your file and the only way to fix it is by deleteing your internet cookies and it will break the whole game again if u try to log that file so dont even try

So I already have a 70 Rogue and Mage, and now I'm on my Warrior (who is dreadfully underpowered compared to the mage who in turn is dreadfully underpowered compared to the rogue) and I had a Kongregate breakthrough. ** I played Mardek RPG **. All thanks to the friendly "Recommended Games" link on the right. WOW! I was enjoying my grindfest until I played Mardek... ** Now? ** All I can say is if you have enjoyed any classic console RPGs (FF I-VI, Dragon Warrior I-V, etc.) then I can't imagine anything less than rejoicing at discovering Mardek RPG... it's simply brilliant... also yay for Grindfest, give the Warrior some useful talents right now the whole Knight Tree is worthless (though Vitality has nice synergies with the other trees) and Blood Strike makes the Bezerker Tree *worse*... so in conclusion... Rogue = pwnage and Mardek RPG = uber pwnage.

I have a few suggestions for the game to make it more enjoyable:
- Have more than one character fighting together for dungeons *not neccesary, but would get a lot more players*
- a more developed talent tree *crucial*
- somewhere that shows damage of normal hits

It doesn't really work for me being able to do other stuff while on this. I have to switch my task to something on the computer (while grinding) to something where I'm doing something in real life. Nothing continues after I leave the current screen.

like in most quick-made rpg games, quests aren't enough to have you level. Result : finished all 21-30 quests being 22. Solution ? Grind until 30. finished all quests being 31. Grind until 40. Etc.

glitch : when you have the "vitality" talent, each time you sell an item you lose your life to the maximum you would have without using the talent. ==> Each time I shop, I lose +/- 10% max hp.

Jep, the game only runs at full speed if it's in your active tab, or at least I think so.
Use another FF window helps.

The game pauses while it's not in my 'active' tab (f.ex. Traveling bar stops). Using FF 3.6, anyone else got that error?

@HWhatamidoinghere: The mage's base attack speed is 2 seconds, which matches blizzards timing of 2 seconds. The damage you see go off on one target is that of your base attack & Blizzard. To best see this in action, take on 2 or 3 targets at once instead of 1 and you'll notice the other targets taking damage than the one up front which will take more obviously.

Not sure, but I've run the Hellfire Peninsula Dungeon about 20 times with no Tome drop. Could be bad luck, but since you added Tomes after you changed item drops so that only 70 blues drop from the 70 dungeon I thought that maybe the Tome was coded out accidentally. Anyone found a 70 Tome from HP Dungeon yet?

The mage's blizzard talent does NOTHING, there's no icon, and it does no damage, even at max level.

Possible bug: fighter with Vitality and Resiliance talents occasionally loses extra hits obtained by Vitality when selling items in the shop and performing some more stuff, then srrts regenerating them.

@aronzei: Rogue's have a forced rest called "Vanish" if your not at the comp but if you are at the comp, you can force a rest yourself by using "Action: Rest". Also Warriors have Last Stand which saves the warrior from death and puts it at 20% health. Both talents require 10 points in order to actually take effect.

how about implementing a forced rest? we already know rest proc at 25%, etc. depending on what was set but will continue to attack until the monster is dead. by forced rest, the char will leave the fight and rest. its better for avoiding death you know. its also good to add a rest slider/input so you can customize what % the char will rest.

@guys who wants achievements : are you serious? this is a game where you actually do nothing. if you read around other idle games like this you'll read why games like this don't get achievements.

Any chance of adding a town cache or storage facility? (Bank, warehouse, whatever, just for items, of course) Quite often I find myself snagging a nice piece of gear 3 or 4 levels before I can even equip it, but keeping it until I can use it takes up one of the quite limited inventory slots when hunting. Maybe a nominal fee for depositing items to make it fair would be agreeable as well, as long as it frees up those important inventory slots :D Awesome game, by the way.
