Tough game and fun, but from what I've seen of just File 1, it's repetative and there isn't enough variety. The set-ups for each level, however, and the character names, keep me laughing, so I give it a 3/5, with the potential to go higher if the variety of the later files are added to Kongregate.

ok, really good game, but the sound effects r as annoying as hell. i have the iphone version, its actually much better

lightsun i agree this game can be frustating escpically on AS during act 2 and 3 but still this was made so it is bloody. back alley surgery and regular surgery or not rainbows and sunshine. it is suppose to be bloody

Woop woop! 2nd page comments, and I'm so happy the game finally hit Kongregate! I played it on AS to try, its epic!!! But there are some issues with precision for the tools. But overall, its excellent! Gemcraft Ch 0 and this in one day, and badge Pirate Defense! *happiness abounds* I think you know what rating I'll give this.

This game is awesome, im sure all of the plays so far have been from gamers that have played it from other websites a year ago when it was realised 5/5!

Not a great game, very bloody, I really found it disgusting. It is like the Dark Cut series. This game is very frustating.
I don't like the graphic style, and the characters, they aren't funny or appealing. Also, it needs some music.
Then, the tutorial. I really feel it isn't well explained- I mean, it shows you the basics, but it isn't a step-by-step guide... I would like a better tutorial, instead of a help menu. Call me lazy, but that makes everything a little harder.
I also hate the idea of having two of the three files locked on Kongregate.
I don't like the storyline, but if you are following it, it might suck to have all that content only on AdultSwimGames...
Well,except that, this game is ok, atleast I could enjoy it for 5 minutes, it's just very unoriginal, and it lacks of creativity. 3/5, it could have been much better if it wasn't that bloody.
