As a former fan of final fantasy tactics, i have to say this was pretty fun. I only wish that instead of walls of text, i could get a small flash example. Or if intent on leaving the text in, a "i know the basics, what's different?" button would make it easier to jump in. I also couldn't help but dislike the clumsy interface for placing down troops. Either make the window movable or place it at the bottom (we don't need those buttons when placing down anyways). Lastly, a little bit of reminder text on what effect stats have when leveling up would smooth things along. Other than those small quibbling details, this is a great game. Keep it up.
This reply is for all your comments guys! Thank you very much for your feedbacks! We tried to use all your suggestions to make our next, bigger game: Fantasy Kommander-Eukarion Wars.

Message to all developers: Please have someone proof-read your games! Glaring typos make your otherwise-awesome work look a lot less awesome. Resurrecting your armies doesn't return them to "like"... no matter how "aequate" your payment might be.

I agree with evilvergil, the ability to redo missions to gain more chroma and unities would be nice. I've gotten myself into a situation where I have only 10 armies (I focused more on levelling old armies than buying new ones) and I've reached the HWD level, where there is enough room for 54 armies, and frankly I'm finding it impossible to last for more than 4 turns with only 10 armies. If I sell all my armies, I won't have enough to buy more than 20 armies, and since I can't replay levels, I'm pretty much stuck. 3/5 because even though its a good game, it doesnt let you redo levels

this game has some potential, i would say that if you put your mind to it you could add some really good battlefeild items, like make it a bigger map, get a base, have shelter and all sorts of stuff like that. that would be great.

The win conditions are evaluated as soon as the primary obj is fulfilled, which makes no sense, because when you continue playing until the turn limit is over you might fulfill more secondary objectives. Also the "gamble" for the first turn seems to tip the balance in missions like the HQ defense quite significant and training leadership for the commander doesnt seem to make much of a difference. The area that is effected by abilities must be visible(the ray effects from the leader).

hmm. i like the concept. but too many words put me off on reading any of it. also seems to be a lack of true storyline
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
man... there were a few levels near the end where you could only play with 6 armies or less... because of this, i only leveled those few up. now the final level is near impossible with my small army, i couldn't even fill the map.

The lack of the ability to clearly see some of the units, particularly in some of the later maps or any time units are close together, makes the game unnecessarily hard to control. The lack of clear indication as to the worth of certain things (like leveling up units versus buying new ones) is poorly stated, and the inability to re-play missions makes it necessary to know missions far down the campaign so they can be prepared for when no hint is available. The difficulty is more in the base design than the tactical game which by itself could've been good.

This game is plagued by much of the same problems the Fantasy Kommander series had: secondary objectives unnecessarily difficult to fulfill (i.e. you need to put off the primary objective until then), insufficient documentation of what stats do, and no apparent proofreading of game text, just to name what's immediately apparent. Aside from these failings, it doesn't look like the basic formula was improved upon much. It feels as if I'm just playing a futuristic version of Fantasy Kommander. The only improvement I see is you have only 4 stats to improve upon instead of over a dozen; simple, in this case, is good. In summation, if you're going to rehash an old formula, get rid of the awful aftertaste.

Could be longer, and the maps could be bigger with a little more scenery. It's not Fantasy Kommander good, but it's still good. I'd enjoy a sequel.

I can hardly play this, It's taking so long to load everything, and I don't have a problem with most other games... have to come back later

as people have already said-- there are far too many typos--and for pete's sake developers, when will you get it through your heads that MORAL and MORALE are two completely different things. They're not even the same part of speech, for crying out loud. and also some consistency in spelling would be nice. is it CHROMA or CHROOMA? UNITS, UNITES, or UNITIES? All three of those would have passed spell check, but spell check is not enough...please proofread. The lack of good spelling makes this game, which has so much potential, come off as sucky from the very start.

Sell button needs a confirm prompt! I was upgrading units when I accidentally clicked the ok button (for assigning stats) twice and the unit was sold. Now I have to redo the mission to get it back (I save before missions, not after).

I am generaly a big fan of good turn based strategy games. I have played quitr a few so I think I say with some experience that this game could have and should have been a hell of a lot better than this. Maps are too small, there is appriciable difference in terrain, when you see any terrain other than flat squares at all. The units seem to want to upgrade between battles but the info is too cluttered for me to make sense out of. (If the game were better then I might take the time to try to figure it out but as it is...) And frankly, the AI has no visable aggression by the fourth mission. (Theoretically of ten so I'd like to think mission 4 is fairly far into the game.) This has a lot of potential but, like its predicessors, doesn't quite make it. Sorry guys. Better luck next time. 8)

ok so I've been playing this sense like 2012 and i really like it but i would like to see a way to replay levels but otherwise a great game!!

I loved the game, but, like many others, would like to play the missions again, even if I had a reduced income from them.

I'm a big fan of the Fantasy Kommander series and this is just it in a new costume. To me, it brings nothing new at all. FK 1 is still the best, since there you had some sort of options - it was possible to take different paths and you could use different units (all viable). CW is actually not even as good as FK. Specially frustrating with the last(?) map where you have to bash down 600 HPs from the boss, even my general didn't hit for harder than 15 at best - so apparently I didn't upgrade according to the one and only way you can beat the game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This is probably the best of these games you've made because it doesn't have the done to death fantasy genre and because the gameplay is quick, if you want to get something done you don't have to wait 10 seconds for the map to slowly move across the screen, though the AI does take a long time to do things on some levels

Did I miss where it defined the 'moral' and 'leaders' attributes? Does anyone know? Asking me if I want to spend points on them without telling me what they are is complete fail.

I thought this game was awesome, but i had some lag and i hate the advertisment always popping up and it would be even better to be able to redue levels 4/5 untill the fix my problems
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Great spin off of the Fantasy Kommander series set in the future. Pretty good, but I have to note that--like others said-- it would be useful and fun if you could replay previous missions for enjoyment, or just a little extra cash. 5/5 for graphics and strategy.

Great game with a few minor negative points which others have already put out here so I wont repeat them. Would love to see a part two with larger maps, more units, and maybe some more strategic implementations.

If you agree with hugmonster,warlordes234,bobgrant and pokebot click + sign! And hope or tell the developers of this game will see their comments and try to work on it.

Guys, chill out with the hate on the developer(s) just because he made numerous spelling errors. I bet his native language isn't English, so don't be so bashful to foreigners. There is a reason why the world hates cocky Americans. . . I did some background check and it appears some of the developers at Age Of Games are in fact Italian. Although having someone proofread wouldn't be a bad idea. Though it is hard enough, as it is, making an enjoyable game translated in a foreign language.

I love the kommander series ageofgames has, but this is probably the easiest game I've ever played. I bought 2 tanks and 2 of the big ranged things and 1 mage dude and just maxed them. Beat it on hard without losing a single army

in the beginning of thes it says 1o missions to get off this hell.
that sorta reminded me of the halo wars intro whare it says five years five long years we were suck on this hell. but at least its ours now!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@warlordes234 It is not how many units you have but how you strategically place them. as an avid chess player, i would know.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Fun game, never bought a single new unit just uppgraded the ones you start with, was really easy until the last level, lost that one.

No redoing missions for more power? Makes it tough if you screw up/ run out of resources. Besides that, not bad, but its a clone. 4/5
