awesome game, but i dont know if its just me but, the timing for the key,the music and the notes are alittle off, sometimes too early, some times too slow...
other than that. awesome game!

Another year, another job not-well-done. Starting from graphics - which look like saved .jpgs in windows paint program. The compression is so bad that I would be ashamed to show such hideousness to public. Another thing that keeps continuing (every previous games has it, EVERY) - I keep missing notes for no apparent reason, despite perfect timing. Not to mention some notes are out of rythm. If you take your time and look and Reno the reindeer during the play, You will notice he's not so lively. He just stands there struming the guitar like anemic snake - this is not rock style, therefore there is no power in this. All that remains here is some gameplay which tries to mimic guitar hero - and does it quite well. 5th year in a row - obvious things still not corrected. I am dissapointed.

There seems to be a problem for some notes.. Again and again a button keeps "stuck" resulting in misses after that note and, in my case, mostly in a lost song, because till i noticed that, i missed half a dozen more and as soon as I "unstuck" the note the next one is stuck.. Frankly, this game is unplayable at this time, until that's fixed, at least in rockstar mode.

Hai, it's me again asking for the left flip every year ^^ ... I know I can change the controls, but I would really like to see the green on the right so I could play the real note like they should be, 'cuz now on medium, it's like if I was stuck to play with Orange, Blue, Yellow and Red... So pls ^^

As fun as always but it's pretty much the same as last year's and they even used one of last year's songs and after you complete this song it bugs out and you cant click next. There's also some syncing issues

I am kinda dissapointed really. only a few new songs and for the rest nothing new. Instead of santa we get the reindeer (who is manly :p) but the looks are the same, the idea is the same and the bugs from last game are in it again. IMO it is just santa rockstar 4 in a manly reindeer costume. I hope for more improvements next time. Don't be afraid to try things out :D

i am pretty sure i hit a note and it didn't register properly and counted as miss, still the same problem as out of sync from the previous game, lame.

I am quite good at rhythm gaming [earned Hard Badges on SCGMD2/3, albeit having no patience to perfect everything though I probably could], and in Top 300 in FtB and so on, but I feel like I'm missing notes that I actually tap. Hit unresponsiveness or something?

Hmm, other than me just sucking I haven't had any problem hitting notes like other people are complaining. Not sure if they fixed it already or maybe you guys are just lagging? or Java out of date?

I keep on missing notes that I know I don't miss, causing me to fail the songs. This game Does have amazing songs in it, & I Would give it a 5/5, but since I can't play the entire story mode without failing five or six times each song before I pass it, I give it a 2/5.

oh and I liked it better when you could see how much time you would spend on each song

The placement of the notes just seems random, I hear the song going up in pitch so I expect to move up the keys, but instead it jumps to the other side and goes down. Why? The game is tripping me up because of my sense of music and it shouldn't do that.

Awesome game. Two complaints. 1) Too much filler in the carols. There are a couple that hardly have any of the actual carol in them. 2) The lack of a pause button. I was doing awesome...until the phone rang.

It is pretty bad, that you can't continue, after you went back to the main menu. You can only choose between New Game and Quickplay.

The normal keyboard setting is kinda weird, make it use asdfg or fghjk or some sort of continous keys, or make a "customizalbe" setting but overall good game :D

amazing game series. just pissed out of excitement when I saw this in the recent games section. 5/5 for being what it is, though it can still use a little work. My only suggestion would be to make patches for it. A continue button would be pretty nice, if you could fix the miss glitch, then that would be nice as well, but over all, a great game! =) Just as shadow999999 said, it would also be cool if we could use guitar hero/rock band guitars. 5/5

I think I saw the problem with the glitch. I doesn't let you hold single notes for too long. You should release it after it has passed because it makes a miss if you hold it for too long.

game should be compatible with guitar hero's guitar's also its impossible to get 100% because too many note's miss when they should not, the problem is probably the hit box being too small all in all still a good game just with glitches so a 3/5 instead of 4/5.
