Ok first of all, this game has a wonderful idea with the kingdom is attacked by un-dead, +1. but it uses this card playing sequence. now this i think is the problem. with card playing sequences the game's graphics look really bad. another problem for the cards is they can only do one thing. maybe multiple attacks per card? that would sure help it. and maybe a different animation for each attack like Pokemon did, maybe some better hp statistic instead of numbers like an hp bar or something? this might seem small but it makes the game look unpolished no offense. with all the work that u put in it i am sure that this game ha great mechanics of playing but maybe some polishing because a great game needs great graphics, and maybe a mana bar as well. ur idea is and is the core of a great game but those little polishings can add up.

Why are there A LOT of Card games now? Why not other genres like Platformer or an MMO which doesn't use energy (this ones fine though)

I got 2 card left in hand, 2 swords as gear, 3 creature on field. The enemy only have 0 card in hand, 0 card as gear, 2 creature both claimed as 0 attack. And I got result as defeated! WTF!

Amazing: this game has actually done the energy system right! No cost unless you want to redo battles or pvp. I enjoy this CCG more than most others on Kongregate as well, so well done! :D

A few small things I'd like to see:
- A 'Do not show again' checkbox on the 'Need a little help?' message that comes up on losing a campaign battle.
- When exiting the deckbuilder after having not saved, a 'save deck and leave' option along with the 'yes, leave without saving' and 'no, don't leave' options.
A very nice game on the whole, though! I'm really enjoying it so far.

You know, if you say you need a certain version of the adobe flash player and you put a link there to download it, make sure its the right version and not an older version that still does not work with the game.

I always hated card games. But this one is awesome. Good job. Even the hard badge is doable, what is great (countless games have hard badges which is rather impossible than hard). Five stars from me.

Great game, gets a little repetitive with Battles 5 & 9 always being "last stands" of some sort. Good job regardless, 4/5.

Wow! This is truly a 5 star game. Every single detail is perfect. The interface, the gameplay, the balance of the cards... I love it!!

I would have much preferred it if parry was an ability or at the very least only activated when an enemy was not OHKOd, just seems a very stupid inclusion, yes some cards would be overpowered, but it makes more sense than having a guy be killed whilst killing an enemy card >_>.

For me to say I love a CCG is saying a lot. It's a great game. 1 huge problem though. The difficulty curve turns into a sheer cliff at about the end of chapter 2/start of 3. The enemies cards get way, way stronger and their health increases..which..wouldn't be as much of a problem if you got some really good cards. It'd be really nice if there was a way to increase your health more than 1 or 2. Then combine that with getting no gold when you loose..and it just gives the enemies such a huge advantage. And going back to older battles doesn't give you much gold. This difficulty drags down what would otherwise be the best CCG I've ever played.

I find myself wishing that everything lasted a little bit longer. I put out a cool creature, and he dies in 1-2 turns. Most enemies die in a single turn. If I get a good hand, by the time I lay down everything, my opponent is down to 2 health so it didn't matter anyway.

Actually, let me expand on my last comment. A few bugs happen when you play the game now if you played it before this update. Amorya does not get her ability point for unlocking her like you would get if you only played the updated version, and players can have unlocked a whole starter deck and hero, but I'm not really sure how this will affect the whole getting a new hero at the end of a chapter thing, since I chose undead.

I feel like the second update to the game kind of just totally fudged up the story line. Perhaps in a future update you can allow players to choose between the old story line and this new one?

okayyyy.... somehow I got both a victory and a defeat simultaneously on the chapter 4 boss. Well, on to the next chapter I guess.
