I really hate mouse controls where the thing you're controlling is much slower than your mouse! I would have preferred an option to use keyboard controls.

tip: if looking to grind, reach level 9 and use laser, level 3/4 on all the laser upgrades. with a bit of simple maneuvering can reach a 53x multiplier and a perfect run. earns roughly 400k a pop

Found a better (and much easier IMO) way to complete lvl 10 with no damage. Of course you need to use the laser totally upgraded. You start out in the center because he always fires the lasers on the outside first. As soon as the lasers are done firing you move to either side to stay out of range of his middle attack. Once that attack is done move back to the center. All while avoiding the missiles. Rinse and Repeat until dead. If found this method much much easier than the one posted by mackinac

To get hard badge, get maxed use pulse to beat final boss. use lasers to get the 14 perfect levels (the self- defenses are clutch)

Upgrade bullets until you can get the laser with the secondary laser upgrade. It's easier with that to get to the last levels. Push speed and allies besides that. If you are good at avoiding damage, you can avoid health, regen and shield (but just for the case, you should invest always the "spillover" upgrade points in this).
Use the laser (doesn't have to be fully upgraded) and beat level 13 to get much money in a short time. Use the (fully upgraded) rockets to beat level 14 without getting hit. Use (fully upgraded) pulse to make the last bossfight shorter.
And by the way, nice game: 4/5.

Out of the many Flash shooters I've seen, this one is high up in the brackets. the controls are as easy as a mouse click (literally), and the enemies are varied. But the level Order was easy to figure out, made me feel as if it was a constant rut. Regardless, this game is, tops-down, a great game to play, which i hope many will like.

ok, I managed to beat the final boss somehow... but beating lvl 10 boss without taking any hits? even after 50 attempts I can't seem to do it...
oh, also, don't even bother with the final boss without ALL the upgrades... and that will take some grinding. Lvl 13 with fully upgraded lasers is best for grinding, 300k each run.

The only thing that could make it better is if the weapons were added on to each other, so you could fire all your weapons, instead of choosing one at a time.

It's fun, I'll give it that. But your "colorblind friendly" graphics in fact make it more difficult to play. When I've got a bigass lazer and I'm working on whittling the final boss's HP down little by little and I can't see clear enough to tell where the bullets are compared to where I am because of my ally ships, shield, and lazer, there's a problem. And I play Touhou, so I know hard.

My main issue is that without color, and with the ADDED BACKGROUND NOISE FROM STARS, it becomes very hard to see enemy shots when your shots are flooding the game field.

Ship steering is very bad. The ship slows down as it nears your cursor, making tight maneuvers impossible. If you make the ship move at full speed until it hits your cursor, then stop on a dime, the game would be a lot of fun.

5/5 alone for the music and another 5/5 for gameplay nice graphics even with only white and black old skewl and love that you can downgrade upgrades to fit build and kill bosses

Places of the last boss:
1-Rockets: Stay up left and go down and cross the whole screem and go up right, and over and over. . .
2- Pulse: stay a bettewn the 2 spikes of the middle right (no dmg tankem),
3-the rain plus V atk: stay near the 2 spikes in the middle right(no-dmg tankem)
4-the infinite rain atk: i take a lot of dmg, but i stay in right and try not to take dmg ;D
and than Congratulations! You just won the Laser Chargin' Badge and 30 points! ++++

the game looks great in black and white the only problem is its hard to differentiate the enemy's bullets from your own. Especially on later levels when your covering most of the screen with your firepower.

most recent comments seem to be negative on how punishing the game is. But i found away to farm money effectively and plow through the later levels. Early game, level 2 is pretty good for farming,and so is level 5 because when you can 1 shot weak enemies the multiplier goes up by a lot and you get more money!!!

I agree with Co1980. The idea of having a real bullet hell as the final boss is all cool and dandy. However, when it's easier to get no damage on all the other 14 levels and the difficulty not only spikes, but spirals towards infinity (almost, since there are patterns) this means that the game as a faulty design: either you increase the difficulty as any normal bullet hell or you stick to the easy version of it. 3/5

So to beat level 15, it can be really simple. On the boss ship their is a tiny space on the left/middle of the ship. your ship should be able to get right in between the gap. once their just continue to shoot. you can not get hit by his; small line attack and the pulse gun attack. And if he shoots rockets, quickly shift from one side of the screen to the other, avoiding the rockets. and what I personally think is the hardest, the shower of small bullets. on the bottom right hand corner of the screen their are gaps that your ship can fit in. You will know the boss is going to use this attack because their is about a 6-7 second gap where their is no firing

Your defensive laser can hit flimsy rockets, but your offensive laser, although it goes through everything in a straight line, can't?

should be able to turn of one of the controls. if im playing on keyboard i dont want to have the mouse interfere. Same thing if im playing on mouse. easy for me at least to mess myself up when going for shift or acidently bumping mouse.

if you want to get all upgrades or more power keep playing levels to get more cash..well i will start with level 8 but when i got higher in the game i went to level 13 alot to get cash.i hope you tryit it helped me good..thats all bye$$$$

@Marvaddin nice thx for the walkthrough. but i found the level that you can get the most points is level 13. do it with maxed out lazer. you should get 290k points, and if you dont get hit you get (290x2) 580k points.
