Original Comment : Man, getting the impossible badge is mostly about pure reaction time...by the time you get to mars you pretty much have a fraction of a second to turn once you hit the ocean. Get up to jupiter and you have a fraction of a fraction (which would still be just a fraction, but w/e). There's gotta be some trick I'm not understanding, because I can't imagine anyone being able to react fast enough by the time they got to any appreciable height...
My Response : There is a reason why its called an impossible badge...

I love going fast in this game xD My speed at the moment is 106.89 :3 I use that speed to create enough lift to get past mar's..

@DjemSo It's all about those Nice Entries. Keep getting Nice Entry after Nice Entry, and your speed will pick up. Those rings help too, of course.

Dear creator of this game, you are an evil person for creating such a horrible game where you have to get to the stupid thing with 0 time to react...so not fun

Sigh, this is the fourth or fifth time I've tried to get the Medium badge, but I just can't. The best I've ever gotten is 73, with an average around 40 per attempt :(

Wow... I think i just killed myself cuz i hit the ground after getting higher than the moon and then i couldnt move anymore. :P

I got to mars and then I went so fast I crashed into the ocean floor at about 100 mph. Either this dolphin is immortal or it is a robot

@uberpenguin: Try to get horizontal momentum. This lets you re-enter the water at something other than 90 degrees, and in turn means you have to spend less time turning (and would take longer to reach the ocean floor if you didn't turn).

little tip... you should not nose dive into the ocean for the last 40 sec...but rather flip around and try to catch winds... build up speed until the last 40 sec and then stick your nose out of the water and start spinning... with luck you will hit all the stars and wind you need to make it to the impossible badge

I like how the sound gets muffled when you go underwater, it's nice touch. That medium badge was a little difficult though...

Curse you kongregate, for reminding me of this game, and making me spend yet another 3 hours on this game trying to get the impossible badge...

So... I had a jump height of 112 but the longest jump was only 82, so I guess longest = sideways and not up and down. Finally beat it with a height of 82 and a longest jump of 183.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Well, I think that's enough... every jump I got a nice entry, and I got pretty high, but when I built up my speed for a horizontal jump... 99 exactly.
