I'm pretty sure the damage upgrade literally does not work. I cheesed the first boss to build up money, and then maxed out the damage upgrade. I used the strongest LMG before and after the upgrade and didn't see a change in damage output at all. I believe it took 90 rounds to kill the guy each time.
Either that, or the damage upgrade does so little that it might as well not exist. In either case, that's something to look at for the next build.

high level severely lag, this result in death frequently slow down when hit = death once hit you have almost no chance of escape. Needs a tremendous amount of work and balancing as is 2/5

I've been able to beat a couple of levels with little to no problems. I farmed gold on the first boss level to max out my armor, speed, and attack but no clip upgrades. Then, I bought all three melee weapons and put it all on my weapon slot. Attack with L, K, and J in a cycle with rhythm so that the cool down time of the first melee weapon will be done by the time the third melee attack is over. Attack too fast and there will be a lag between each cycle. This works (if you can attack with a beat) because the enemies are knocked back after every hit. Using this technique, you can run and slash past most of the enemies and bosses. You need to run because you have bad crowd control with this setup. That means your main objective is to run and break objects to try and get health while the timer goes down. Thumbs up so people can see.

glitch: prerequisite = 30 overall kills (I have 30 overall kills) I can't enter the second level... (or you could make it clear that you need over 30 kills or something?)

whats up with money canceling each other out. I have 1000 gold and then earn another 700 gold after the next level. When i get back to the upgrades its not 1700gold it just 700. gay as hell.

At this point, I can't give this any more than 3/5 because it is so imbalanced. Not to mention the weird hitboxes, lack of enemy variety, and extremely low ammo. Still, good artwork, nice weapon and upgrade variety, and smooth animation.

biggest problem about this game is your hit box its way to big compared to the space u got to move in wich causes u to get hit ALOT more then u should be

managed to clear first two levels while only upgrading my LMG, though just use lvl 1 knife to open up crates.it's a cheap and FREE way to open stuff without ammo.

Levels should have a distance goal instead of a time goal. Perhaps a distance AND time goal. This would hopefully instill players with a sense of urgency and encourage players to keep moving. Otherwise they might incorrectly assume that this is a standard beat'em up where you are supposed to destroy everything before moving on. That aside, a wider variety of movement would be nice, like a shield or grab maneuver. A dash, roll or slide to break up the monotony of walking everywhere. A desperation move is also pretty standard for this type of game. And, as others have mentioned; upgrades don't really do enough to be worth the effort; attack lines are biased against the player; if you are stunned in melee range, you are pretty much fuc-... er, dead.

So there I am, grinding the first boss for gold so I can buy upgrades before moving on to level 4. I pause the game to go do something, unpause... and a second version of the boss arrives. I have no problem beating one, and the jet back drops. I think "why not" and pause again... and ANOTHER version of the boss appears. Every time I pause. Easy money.

ps. don't you just love the sound of "überwaffen"? everything sounds cooler in German, just like everything sounds more girly in France. "All hail der Vatterland" "Viva la France" seriously, what sounds more badass?

It's a great game, godd story and all, BUT:
It need some upgrades for the armor, not just weapons you know, and a level system too, something like this:
lvl 1:basic armor and powerups
lvl 2: basic armor and a gold powerup for example
lvl 3: better armor and none upgrade
+ if u agree.

This is a good game, but it needs to be upgraded.
As others have said, the difference between best and worst weapon is not high enough. If I were you I would make the differences logarithmic.
That is, if level one cost 100 gold, level two would cost 1000 gold and level three 10’000 gold and so on, making a level five weapon if you add new levels, cost a cool million.
I favour a logarithmic scaling because it truly empathize the difference between the levels, which gives you a great feeling of progress, and it is always cool to have a super powerful überwaffen to strive for.

when using melee weapon its hit and knock back every enemy except for the closest one...
and thats slowing effect when they hit us is just awful, that way 2-3 enemy can simply kill us
aside from these its a good game

This needs imporvements on the interactions: you're somtimes facing an enemy but not hitting it while it can hit you.
Moreover, you're quickly stuck grinding on levels to earn a meager amount of money to spend on upgrades which does not seem to improve really your robot (like the damage upgrade). And most weapons are way too expensive, especially when you cannot compare with the ones you currently have and end up spending all your money on a worthless one)...

So I bought the high-end melee weapon and maxed my damage stat, but I couldn't see an increase in the damage at all, the green guys and black guys still took the same amount of hits to kill, is there specific weapons for it? also, I noticed that if the enemies stand on top of me, I can't hit them with melee or my weapons, but they can hit me, just a quick note, but aside from that, I really enjoy this game.

I really liked the game. The fact that you have to keep running and cut through the enemies made it much more enjoyable then if there were limited enemies.

The best setup is LGM, Shotgun, Encaser. LMG for weak stuff, Encacer is one-hit kill on anything so use it on blacks and greens. Shotgun for emergencies. Make sure to keep moving forward and pick up all pickups and you shouldn't have ammo problems. HMG and Rocket run out of ammo too fast.
