Wow. Truly awful. 95% of the time it fails to shoot when I click, and doesn't respond to tapping the touchpad at all, only clicking.

It'd be a better game if pausing it didn't freeze Firefox for minutes at time. And if pausing it wasn't so easy to do...

I beat the game and it was fun, but I'm not going to go for 100% completion if I can't even keep the map. Why should it be deleted, exactly?

This was really fun until the real end... to beat the last boss easily you need to level yourself up a bit (in other words grind) else you won't deal damage fast enough.
I was levelling pretty consistently until the last few worlds, when I realized I can just rush through it - in other words, the boss was a lot more work for me to kill. You can start killing the metallic floaties at level 40, and the things that say "immune" are colour (aka spell) dependent.

A Teleport is what this game is really missing. Especially when you have to make your way back to some point you visited long before. More than that, having the map all revealed forever could be another good thing.
What annoyed me is the sudden respawning of enemies: it should happen once you leave the area, not while you are still inside exploring it.

Unresponsive controls are no substitute for challenging platforming.
If a jump is impossible, it should be impossible by at least a block; jumps that are impossible by a pixel tell the player that they can get it if they execute perfectly. Edge detection is off as well; a jump that should be off of the corner of a ledge is consistently counted as the double jump, which makes the false feedback about jumps needing to be perfect to reach the next ledge even worse.

This game is a cool idea that goes nowhere. Why have all these different powers if I don't need them? I doused 2 fires and flipped one electrical switch. But I cast hundreds of fireballs to kill the same enemies over and over. You did introduce some enemy variety, which is good but what could have been a great puzzle focused platformer was a dull action platformer. The music was cool but the sound effects became annoying, particularly the sound of charging the magic.

Completion: 100% – worth it. For the people annoyed by the unkillable block things: At some level you'll be able to kill them (maybe 50?). So keep killing things to level up.
I'm now wondering again how Kong was able to hide that game from me until today.

After beating the last boss fight, If I continue my save (88% completed, missing 3 fragments 1 S and 1 J powerups) a lot of my map was gone. Im glad the badge only involves winning that battle, imo it is annoying to go around that map just to look a hidden passage that could be anywhere. If the collectibles were shown on the map it'd been great, I think I won't be finishing this to get the good ending.

Those moving blocks seem to be indestructible; when you hit them, it makes a high-pitched "tink" sound, usually associated with attacking something that just cannot be harmed. (Those who have played Robot Wants Fishy may remember what I'm talking about from the bosses) Some level after reaching level 40 you CAN start doing enough damage with each strike to damage and kill those moving blocks. :D When I realized this, I cried happy tears as my life became monumentally easier and I reveled in destroying every one of those moving blocks I encountered. >:D Btw, those stationary, multi-direction spewing ones are immune to all but one attack: the color of their core corresponds to their vulnerability. Red is Fire, blue is Ice, brown is Spire and extremely light blue, almost white, is Gust. Even these can be destroyed with any attack at a high enough level. (I was somwhere around level 70 - 80 when I first noticed it)

Dumb game wouldn't give me the badge until I quit to the menu.

A 15 points badge for finished is quite underrated. 15 points for 15 achievements and a 30 points for finishing the game should be more appropriate. Look at those upgrade games where you can get 15 points in 10mn then come back to this metroid...

I have a lot of issues with the level design in this game. The items are way too sparse, for one. The areas start to run together in many places and it's difficult to get in the connect in your mind your upgrades to the areas you'll need them for in order to progress. I don't mind large maps, but there has to be different enough content in the enemies and landscape to make it feel more like a journey. There's some areas that do that in this game, but not enough.

I get major lag when i switch between charging and just using the spells
all in all its a perfect game though it could use more bosses

The "You monster" achievement should be for killing the cat. I know that's what I told myself when I accidentally shot it because I thought it was invincible due to my fireballs not working on it before.

Kill enemies by spraying them with water WHILE UNDERWATER, electrocute the only electrically powered switch on the planet 92,348 times without overloading it, shoot fireballs UNDER A FROZEN LAKE and kill things with wind? Seems legit.

The map reset might be due to beating the final boss without saving and reloading beforehand, after which, even if the map had saved, it no longer does so on any game.

I have a lot of trouble with charging spells often times it will rapidly fire spells when i hold the mouse button down.
