Hi great game. One plea though. Could you please add an option to disable the special cursor? It messes up everything in Chrome on OSX. Seens this in alot of games that use special cursors. Its probably a Chrome bug, but if you could please add an option to disable it so I can play your great game :)

For runner mode, having the 5 spread for the spread gun is a good choice. Even better if you have the rebound gun with monster bounce. Then just point that gun at the ground slightly infront of you, so the bullets bounce in a very sharp Z shape. Then don't move your mouse again for the rest of the run. That will clear most of the stuff in front of you, allowing you to just focus on dodging stuff.
The rebound gun is amazing for escape too, you just don't need to aim with it :) shoot a spray into the upper parts, and most of the stuff there is damaged low or dead before you even see them.

A high scores option would be really cool :) (Especially since you have ways to have people not cheat.) (I know because I tried. XD Kudos)

This is as good or better than most platformers from my childhood. Well designed, challenging with multiple strategies to employ, original music. Just a really fun game. Can't wait to see more from this dev.

I don't know about anyone else but I happened to find the music most wonderful and delighting to listen to. Do you by chance have a way to download the music or something similar?

This game is very well made. Good mix of challenge and fun, the music is great, and character progression is noticable.
One thing I don't like is that the diamonds and jars respawn behind you.

This game reminds me a lot of the old, early computer games. Kommander Keen and the original Duke Nukem games. As such, I really love it. I miss those days of computer gaming where the games had to be fun and people weren't obsessed with graphical perfection. Personally I could care less about graphics as long as it's fun, and this definitely is! (does the main character remind anyone else of calvin, from calvin & hobbes? lol)

requirements for completing boss mode on normal: character fully upgraded, prime gun and missile gun fully up graded, skill :P
requirements for completing run mini game: character fully upgraded, prime gun fully upgraded.

I'd really love to be able to see the stats screen without having to start a level. If it's to encourage us to only care about it while we're on the level, at the least I'd like to see an achievements button avilable somewhere from the menu. I've logged almost 10 hours of play time on this game, and got 100% completion except for two achievements that I'll probably never get-- and yet I keep coming back. Great, great, great game.

So how exactly do I beat the prof on the final stage of boss rush if he has a laser that lowers all the way to the ground and stays on the ground and there is nowhere I can stand without receiving damage???
