Well, what can I say about this game? A classic 2D side scroller with some kickin' music and retro graphics. Quite a good game I must say!
The only problem I would like to address is not having an option to control the direction of your gun by using the arrow keys (or D-pad since i'm using an SNES controller) like in the Contra series. Other than that, fun game! Currently stuck on the 3rd boss. Stupid auto-aiming turrets...

for 2k run badge, I got it with bouncing weapon(obviously upgraded), mouse @ ceiling, and only worried about jumping. I kept running&restarting until I could max my def... once that happened, it was a piece o cake.

in tadpole mode, if you hit an enemy and pause while you're still fading out, when you unpause, the game continues on. you cant die, you cant move, but you can pick up diamonds.

I'm playing this after 2 years again and I'm still claiming that this is the best flash game I ever played. I already got every badge, but I'm playing again just for enjoyment.

I'll say it looks nice for what it is, running on the Fixel engine. The music is memorable. This is a more punishing game, rather than a difficult one. What I mean is that it relies on memorization, and not having a different approach to a problem.

Great game! Love the sounds, music, colors/graphics and even the secrets. Its always fun to find little hidden areas that you didn't notice before.

Tip most of the time secret passages are in large weird shaped platforms. Also who thinks that the guy looks like the professor? Is the guy his son because he sure looks like he could be.

i think that the creatures at the boss should drop diamonds so you dont get stuck at a boss with few upgrades and nothing to do. + if you agree or just like +ing comments.

@NickolasH64 The thing is, we don't even know if this is really Earth, and if it was, we might be going up through to China

In the real world the farther DOWN you get the better materials you find, in this the HIGHER you get you find better gems... + if you agree to this logic
