Game is fairly easy, the option to pause and upgrade and add gem is definately very good! I like the idea where u "farm" for your resources, but like RobinT3 said, most of the time I am watching the farm and I don't even realize monster leaks untill the screen flashes. One thing I strongly suggest in changing is to add in the option to dispose of your item. 2 waves into the endless and I already filled up my slot of useless gem and level 1 items... Great work though, KEEP IT UP!

Loved the game, 5/5. A little thing that bugged me though is that you don't get encouraging rewards by matching more than 5 blocks, since for every extra block, it only adds 1 resource. It could be like 7 for 6 blocks, 10 for 7 blocks, 15 for 8 blocks, and so on.

Very fun game! Like many others have commented, the one-click movement of the blocks is tiresome. That's a minor gripe, though. I think this has the makings of a really fun game! My favorite part was building my character. I would like to see that aspect developed more, like maybe have classes and random equipment. Fantastic music as well. Probably my favorite soundtrack on kongregate thus far. 5/5

The game seems well balanced, well thought out but its pace needs to be a little less frantic. I just played 20 minutes of endless and the only reason why i lived was because I was ONLY doing resources, pause, build towers, upgrade, unpause back to resources. May I suggest you have "resource time" so the entire attention isnt focused on the top left? maybe have players interact with prince trey and based on how well you control/help him give players resource time that they can toggle on at any moment (basically enemies, and trey stop moving, towers stop shooting. essentially pause but for resource playing time. Then while in normal play mode you can help trey, do the usual stuff and collect resources but the enemies will be attacking at the same time.

One small piece of advice for just starting out. mess around in the tutorial resource box until you can do a full row of 9 treasure chests, so you have a full set.

if you could cram this game into an iphone or android it should be a hit! it's fun to play and the learning curve is very small so you should get good at it really fast.

drops need to vary based on difficulty, otherwise theres no reason to play on the harder difficulties outside of the hard badge.

I got to the seven minute mark and quit, and what do you know, I didn't get the badge. DId I have to die or something for it to count? That's stupid, I would've been afk letting the game run for another twenty minutes or something.

Endless mode can get tedious. 40 minutes in, Prince Trey on level 72, screen full of fully upgraded towers, resource matching reduced to an occasional desultory fiddle, monsters coming out with 160K health, getting items with bases stats of 400+... will endless mode never end?

What would be great is if u could hav ur hero stats n armor from story mode put into survival, just that ur hero doesnt keep the new stats n armor afterwards. This way u can go even further in survival instead of struggling to reach past a certain point. Just a suggestion (:

You need to program a menu that opens up where if you wish to destroy or equip the items you didn't equip on your inventory. I just finished a chapter and I noticed that I had some weapons that I JUST got and now i'm dissapointed.

I can't seem to get rid of the large amount of old weapons/armor I have in my inventory. It isn't letting me get anymore.

You should enable a double click feature to equip. Also select a tower and double click the gem you want on it. Id give this a 4/5 I enjoyed the part where you had to get your resources and the old style graphics :P

Very cool. My first thought upon seeing it was "Oh great, just what I needed. Another tower defense game". Then I played it and realized it's an insult to compare it with other tower defense games.

dragging items can get a bit buggy at times...
@Kittyroocks: to drop, or delete, things from your inventory, hold shift and click them.

This game is not just fun, but it's player friendly! The layout is simple, but organized at the same time. Instant 5/5.

I'd like an option to delete things in my inventory. This is only really a problem in the latter stages of endless mode, but it means that I can't get the higher level armor because my inventory is clogged with iron swords.

Did I mention I love the music? Very pleasant. Sometimes it stutters a little on my system during the game, but other than that... gorgeous! I think this may be my favorite tiny tower defense game. Rock on!

Not bad. The tower defense genre is definitely improved by the added elements, even though the focus mining for resources takes distracts from enjoying the monster slaying part. I would suggest separating mining for resources and fighting monsters. Controlling the fighting prince could add to the entertainment value and replace having to mine while the defense is going on.

It's a little irritating when having managed to align a few items that will, if nothing else, get me an acheivement, the Success stops me mid move. It might be helpful to be able to put down your last tile before ending the round?

It's quite annoying when you are going to align 5 chests when suddenly the "Success!" screen pop out freezing the screen :(

I've been playing for 30 seconds, but when I saw those flashy and colored 8-bit graphics and hear those 8-bit menu sound effects I couldn't help and added it to my favorites O.o

Fun game with a good combo of tower defense and puzzles. Still think it's funny though that this hard badge takes about 2 hours, whereas the hard badge for Gemcraft Chapter Zero takes about 200 hours..

Really nice game, but I would like if I could set who the prince will hit, sometimes he just run thru a monster really close to the castle and go hit another one that clearly isn't going to make any damage to my castle.

The music in this game is incredible - To Kevin Macleod, even though you'll never see this, you've done a wonderful job.

Nice overall, would like to see a teeny bit of change (hence bit.) 5/5 for the effort and good work, as well as a tip: Train.

easiest way to get the endless badge is the 2nd map near the end and place sweep towers all along the middle and make them all upgraded, all of them will shot 2 effects on 3 enemys plus like 8 blue sweeps makes massive dmg and effects

great game!! Ive spent hours playing this. Its a RPG / Puzzle / Tower Def. All 3 of my favorite games rolled up into one. Would love to see a sequel to this with maybe multiple characters running around. Just some expansion on the RPG aspect of the game play would make it even better. +5 and Great music
