Great game, but it is waaay too easy... With the M5, I pretty much owned everything. It repairs too quick man. I guess it is fun not to repair it for a while and just keep shredding the shadows! =P

wave III was a god, i had to jump to reduce damage and when the shop came i got there, brought 2 track traps, then got out and got eaten cuz i was not ready, tha fawxk?

Try to get the MS Assault Rifle early in the game. Because of the spread and the fast reload, it makes killing airborne and regular enemies easy, after you get the upgrades.

lol... i did a speedrun on this and completed both achievements in under 30 minutes.... and that was over three years ago XD

Pacifist mode: Kill enough monsters to buy a fort, then hide/sleep in it during each wave. Fix your balloon between waves. You don't make much money or get the easy badge but you get out of there pretty quickly!

My guy went 25 straight hours without sleep, whilst shooting at nightmarish shadows, inflating a balloon, setting traps, haggling prices for weapons and only incurred a 17% accuracy loss. I think he's the real beast here! Maybe he's the REAL danger, and those shadows are peaceful yet mutated forest creatures defending their neighbours from becoming yet more victims of the NUCLEAR BALLOOOOON MAN!!

The monsters DO have intelligence, and they are kind enough to not kill the truck driver every time he goes to your base. They also are smart enough to attack in waves. I just wish they weren't evil, they could use their intelligence to do good things, like... uhh... not.. kill you...?
