Every time I try to snip off the skin, literally nothing happens. HOlding down the button, it does literally nothing when I keep trying to snip off the skin with the scissors. I literally snip at air while my patient slowly dies. dfslkjkl;jfsadfdaskjfdsalkj;fsdafdsa

To those who have problems with the saw glitching out:
You doin't have to keep drinking whiskey. Once the game tells you to cut the leg, ONLY do that AND keep up your will to live (Space). I hav eliterally reached 0 health before and still completed the surgery bc my will to live was still up. If your will reaches 0, you die. As long as you keep hitting Space, you'll be fine and the saw should work as long as you don't stop cutting once you start.

In the last level my saw just doesn't out right work. "Cut the leg" they said. "Okay! let me saw my full leg off!" It just start jittering round my leg and doesnt respond to anything. SOS Send help.

For anyone looking for the easter egg, click the 2 at the top left of the main menu. The animation afterwards is perhaps the only kind-friendly thing in the game.

How does one use the saw if he has to hit space repeatedly while also making sure he is drunk enough not to lose health, the damn thing just keeps dangling like it's bugged after the second cut. How could a developer go so wrong with a sequel I don't understand. The first game had its flaws but it looked like a flash game first and foremost, this on the other hand looks like a cheap low budget slasher movie!

I can't save myself in the fourth surgery the saw keeps glitching out when I try to saw my leg off getting stuck at the bottom of the screen. I can drink whiskey and hold on to the will to live but I can't finish it.

This is really good! It looks like nasty disgusting horrible terrible meatball surgery from days of yore, and the sound is great! Bullets flying about, explosions. It's perfect!

Weird how you just don't chug your whiskey but rather politely use a shot glass. So calm and collected considering the huge freaking thing in your leg.

This game's a little glitchy. In the final sequence, when you use the saw a second time, it will just flail about. It would be nice to fix this.

When I first played this, it took me time to realize that the key to winning the first three levels is to keep the patient 100% drunk, which slows down the patient's health, and makes things easier and less frustrating. In the 4th level, you just need keep your "will to live" from dropping to 0.
