This game's a little glitchy. In the final sequence, when you use the saw a second time, it will just flail about. It would be nice to fix this.

When I first played this, it took me time to realize that the key to winning the first three levels is to keep the patient 100% drunk, which slows down the patient's health, and makes things easier and less frustrating. In the 4th level, you just need keep your "will to live" from dropping to 0.

So many surgeon games. Surgeon Simulator, Dark cut and Amateur Surgeon. All of these games tell me how I can become a doctor and kill patients.

It is actually true that this game has realistic surgical procedures. Back then when those surgeries were effected surgeons had to sedate their vict... patients with whisky.

Definitely something up. I can't do the self surgery because the saw keeps jumping around and will not cut like it's suppose to. Anyone have any advice?

This protagonist is by far the most hardcore in the series. Dark Cut 3 doc had futuristic sedatives and high-quality steel tools for his final mission. Mr. Medic here had whiskey, a rusty saw, and spacebar spamming.
