common can u increase a patients life in real life no u sedate them that way they feel less pain and u can save them sedate and win thats the key n i love the dark cut series

Very good game, short, but nice, it does SUCK that you make it to only be able to play some missions at Armorgames... thats just lame,.....

OMFG!!!! the end is freaking amazing! I was pissed of that you couldn't play the optional missions, but the end is just beautiful!!! 5/5

I have to say I liked the previous two, but this one is way too touchy - almost impossible to get some of these. Hard to see where the end of the instrument is that you're working with. Graphics are amazing though.

Very deep story, and great graphics, it is the first Dark cut game that I like. I used to hate the series, but this one is very well done; nice scenarios, super challenging, and not that easy. Also, not short like it's pre sequels. Great to have it on Kongregate. I didn't finish this one yet, but it seems a very good game. Great job, 4/5.

I have always loved the dark cut games, and this is no exception, although i am a little disapointed in the end where he cut off his arm AGAIN!

Awesome game although this was submitted by armourgames meaning whoever it is dosnt care if we liked it and will never read this, so really this is pointless. But hopefuly the original creator plays kongregate and will read some of these. 8/5 yes the first number is bigger than the second. deal with it

This is one amazing sequel, the best, better than Dark cut 1 & 2. I really enjoyed this for the fact that when you get severely injured, there is that one person that can save you. I now have more respect to doctors, neurologist, and nurses.This made me cry because this is such a good game.The people in the game have really great endings, especially the one about the person who wrote to his wife.The computer was also searching for emotion.This is such a magnificent game.I have to favorite it and rate it 5/5.Such a great game...

ending is great like i never knew the computer was controling you but then i figured it out rite when i started the last lvl. the music like made me cry when i was cutting my arm off

umm kinda spoiler alert but...
i found a bug in the last level: I cut through the hand and it just kept going and didnt end so now the saw is off screen and it still shows me cutting....
